GCET Exam Pattern 2020: Directorate of Technical Education, Goa conducts the GCET exam every year. Thousand os students appear for the GCET exam but only a few get through it. Before appearing for the exam students must be aware of the GCET exam pattern. This gives a clear view of the weightage of the marks as per the subjects. Candidates awareness regarding the exam pattern of GCET lead them to score good marks in the exam. Questions are basically in the MCQ format and there is no negative marking for the wrong answers. The correct answer will fetch 1 marks each. The subjects from which the questions are asked  Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Each section of the question paper consists of 75 questions which the candidates have to finish in 2 hrs ( Total 6 hrs). Thus candidates must be well acquainted with the GCET Syllabus 2020.

Important Points GOA GCET 2020 Exam Pattern

  • GCET exam will consist of three paper
  • Each paper will consist of 75 marks.
  • Questions will be in an MCQ format where four options will be given out of which one will be the right answer.
  • The question will be available in the English mode only.
  • There will be an offline exam which the candidates have to finish in 2hrs.
  • Questions will be asked form the 11th and 12th board syllabus.

Candidates often confuse with the marking scheme about the exam as they don’t have the clear concept regarding the exam pattern, Thus the marking scheme of GCET exam is given below:

  • There will be a total of 225 questions with a total of 225 marks.
  • Each question will consist of one marks
  • The correct answer will fetch you 1 marks and the wrong answer will not lead to negative marking.
