DAVV Admission 2025: The admission council of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore (DAVV) invites the online application form for Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. Therefore, the interested candidates can apply for DAVV UG admission. This is one of the popular universities originally based in Indore. The university offers a variety of courses right from bachelor to doctorate. The university offers courses in a variety of fields like Engineering, Management, Science, computer science, law, humanities, etc. Some of the courses have a direct admission policy while some conduct in-house exams. DAVV Admission Procedure 2025
DAVV conducts entrance tests via online mode which is also known as Computer-based test (CBT) University started an online test in 2017 after Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Digital India scheme. The earlier test was taken in an offline form. The test is conducted for many courses for both PG and UG admission. The test is divided into four groups A, B, C & D.
Doctorate Entrance Test (DET) 2025: DET is conducted for admission in Doctorate and Ph.D. programs at DAVV. It follows a similar process as CET. The exam is taken by the University Teaching Departments. The candidate must have a master’s degree to be eligible to sit for DET 2025.
Application Form of DAVV
The DAVV CET Admission Form will be available in the month of May/June 2025. The application form will be submitted only for B.C.A., P.G.D.C.A., M.Sc. (Computer Science), M.Sc. (Information Technology) and M.B.A. (Computer Management) programmes in online mode only through www.mponline.gov.in. Candidates must fill and submit the DAVV CET Form before the last date. The mode of the form submission is online as well as offline.
The candidates who applied for admission into the courses other than B.C.A., P.G.D.C.A., M.Sc. (Computer Science), M.Sc. (Information Technology) and M.B.A. (Computer Management) programmes will have to submit the hard copy of the application form along with required documents to concerned Department/ Schools/ Institute/ Centre (Postal addresses will be given in Information brochure).
How to Apply for DAVV Admission 2025?
Interested students can apply in various courses via online mode by going to the university website. The date of registration begins in April and sometimes May. Aspirants have to register on the official website of the university after the forms are made available. To apply, candidates will have to follow the steps given below:
- First, the applicants will have to register themselves on the website as a new user. After registration, a registration number will be given which is required for further process. The registration number is the login id of the candidate.
- After that, you can start filling the application form of DAVV. The candidate needs to fill the form correctly with relevant and truthful information. No column should be left blank.
- Upload the passport-sized photograph and signature. The dimensions of the photo and signature are clearly mentioned in the instructions.
- After filling in all the details candidates will have to pay the application fees. Payment of fees can only be done online through the MP government portal. Offline payment is not allowed. Candidates can apply to more than one course at the same time. The application fee will be charged only once even if the candidate applies in multiple courses.
Age Limit: There is no age limit for candidates applying for P.hd and M.phil courses. For Under Graduate course, the upper age limit for the male candidate is 23 years and for Post Graduate the upper age limit for the male candidate is 28 years. There is no upper age limit for female candidates.
DAVV CET Exam Form
The DAVV CET Exam Form is available only for the candidates who have already got the admission in the college. With the help of the exam form, candidates can register themselves. The DAVV Semester Exam Form will be available for each Semester Exam for a limited period of time. Candidates have to pay a certain amount of registration fees and submit the form.
DAVV Admit Card 2025
DAVV releases its admit card through online mode. Hall ticket for the 2025 exams will be available on the official website. DAVV University Admit Card will be issued for the applied course before the exam date to the candidates by their respective departments. Candidates must carry admit cards with them to the exam hall. The roll number mentioned in the admit card is required in the paper. The DAVV CET Hall Ticket will be available online. The card is made available on the website almost 7 days before the DAVV university exam for 2025.
DAVV Exam Centre 2025
DAVV Examination Centre will be given according to the preference of the candidate filled in the registration form. University will ask to provide two or more centre of candidate’s choice and select on that basis. The exam center will be mentioned in the admit card for DAVV Entrance Test. Based on the examination centre provided for the 2025 entrance test, the candidate has to reach there with valid documents. It is advisable to reach the examination centre half an hour before the test begins. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the classrooms.
DAVV Result 2025
After the completion of exams, the university will upload results on its official website for the 2025 entrance test. Candidates will have to check the university website for the results of their respective tests. Selected candidates will be called for counselling by the university. In case, a candidate gets selected for two courses, he or she can decide which course to pursue. In these cases, the student gets a chance to select what to pursue and leave the rest. Cut-off varies on the basis of reservation in some of the courses. Students from OBC, SC, ST or minority communities will get exemption in cut-offs.
DAVV Counselling 2025
DAVV releases its counselling list after the exams are conducted and results have arrived. It announces dates for counselling for candidates who are eligible for it. The list and date and place of counselling is published on the official website of DAVV. Selected candidates are called to their respective centers or college depending on the course they have applied for. The DAVV CET counselling process is conducted by the departments where students are judged on the basis of their quality.
The candidate needs to keep all the important documents for verification. Some important documents required are

- Migration certificate
- Domicile certificate etc
After the completion of the counselling process, DAVV will release its final list of selected candidates for 2025. Details regarding fees will be available on the website. The candidate is required to submit a fee through the MP government portal. Fee submission is not allowed through offline mode.
