Steps Of BHU UET 2025 Counselling Procedure

BHU UET Counselling Procedure 2025 will be the last step for the final admission for the candidate. The Counselling procedure will be involving the following steps.

Online Preference Entry (On or after an issue of call letter and before the counselling date)

The candidate must fill up an Online Preference Entry Form which will be available on the Entrance Test Portal of the University.

• Course choice
• Location Preference
• Seat Type.

The candidates must carefully fill the order of preference and all other sections while filling the Application Form. In case the sections are left incomplete, it will be considered that the candidate is not interested in an option. Candidates will get another opportunity to make any form of changes if required in an Online Preference Entry form on the day of the counselling.

Activity on the Day of the Counselling

On the day of BHU UET counselling procedure 2025, candidates must reach the counselling centre with the call letter. The time, date, and venue of the counselling procedure will be available on the call letter. The available slot will be the only chance for the candidate for the seat allotment in the desired course in the university. The candidates must contact the counselling in charge and sign the attendance sheet at the Counselling centre/venue in charge available with the Counselling Centre in Incharge.

In case the candidate is admitted they have to pay the fee for the course on the day of the counselling only. If in any condition the candidate is not able to pay the course fee amount, her/his candidature is liable for rejection. The candidate must check the fees at the Counselling centre in charge of the amount, mode of payment, and deadline for the payment of the fee.

Mode of Payment

After receiving the provisional admission letter, from the Venue Incharge/Counselling centre, the candidate will be provided with an option for the payment of the Application fee.

• Online Payment through Credit Card/Debit Card through the payment gateway available on the Entrance Test portal.
• Payment of Fee in cash at the fee counters (check the location of the nearest fee counter at the Counselling Centre/Venue).

Next day of the counselling date

Candidates have to submit the fees to the Counselling Centre/Venue on the next day of the counselling. This will not be required if the payment has been done through an online mode. In case the candidate fails to produce the evidence/proof of the payment of the fee, her/his provisional admission letter will be considered to be cancelled/withdrawn.

• Transfer Certificate.
• Migration Certificate, if passed from the university other than BHU.
• Intermediate Certificate/Equivalent certificate.
