Allahabad University 2025 Exam Pattern

Candidates planning on appearing for the Allahabad University Entrance Test should be familiar with the examination pattern of the entrance exam. The pattern will be set by the examination body of the University.

• The UGAT Question Paper will contain objective – type questions. Each question will consist of the option of four possible answers out of which the candidate has to mark the correct one as per their knowledge and understanding.
• There will be 150 multiple-choice questions. The candidate will have to attempt all the questions as there will be no choice.
• There will be Negative Marking. For every incorrect answer, o.5 marks will be deducted and for every correct answer, 2 marks will be awarded to the candidate.
• The duration of the exam is of 2 hours (120 minutes).
