The last date to submit the application form has been extended to 14th June 2025. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria can fill and submit the application form. The application form submission process includes registration, document uploads, and fee payment details. The CENTAC Registration Form is available for a limited period of time, therefore it advised to fill the application form before the due date. How To Apply For CENTAC 2025 Online?
The application of CENTAC can be done online only. There is a common application form for all. However, Candidates who want to apply for the LL.B course will have to fill a separate application form. The CENTAC Application Procedure consists of three major steps. Candidates can register by following the easy steps given below.
- Online registration
- Filling the application form
- Uploading of images
- Payment of application fee
- Print a copy of filled application form

Online Registration
For Registration, candidates need to visit the official website of CENTAC Puducherry or click on the direct link given below. It will automatically take you to the website of the Committee.
- Visit the CENTAC website i.e, centacpuducherry.in
- Search for the concerned course and click on apply now.
- Click on Registration/ User Registration. All new users need to mandatory register for online application submission.
- In the User Registration section on has to fill in the details like Candidate Name, Father/ Guardian Name, Password, Email Address, Mobile number.
- Candidates must register through a valid Phone number and email ID to get login credentials. Moreover, candidates should keep the mobile number handy.
- Thereafter, one must enter the details sent to the email id or number and register.
Note: The name of the candidate and father’s name must be the same as the name in the higher education certificate.
How To Fill The CENTAC Application Form
Candidates need to log in again to start filling the application form. One can log in using the login credentials that they have received on their respective registered mobile number or email id. Hence, this step requires other details to be filled by the candidate such as personal information, contact information, Category, and academic details. The details filled must be true. Any discrepancy found during the process will lead to the cancellation of the admission.

Uploading Of Images
The candidates are required to upload the scanned images of the latest photograph, signature and other self-attested documents in the prescribed format. The candidate must keep these documents and images handy to have the fuss-free submission of online application. List of the documents candidates needs to upload the image of is as follows.

Payment Of Application Fee
The candidates who are applying have to pay the application fee for complete submission of the form. The application fee can be submitted through online mode only. There are multiple options for fee payment. The fee can be paid through Credit cards/ Debit cards/ Net Banking. Print A Copy Of The Application Form
Candidate must take a printout of the completely filled application form after submission. It is highly recommended to keep a copy of the form for future reference. The filled and submitted application form will carry the Application Number of the candidate.

CENTAC 2025 Eligibility Criteria
A certain pre-described standard of admission has been set by the committee for admission through CENTAC. The candidate must check if they fulfil the necessary conditions set by the authorities in order to get admission before filling up the CENTAC Application Form. Check the various specification of eligibility below.
Nationality: The candidate applying should be the Indian National. However, French Nationals residing in the UT of Puducherry and covered by the terms of the Treaty of Cession can also apply for admission to all the courses.
Educational Criteria:
For MBBS/BDS/B.V.Sc/A.H./B.P.T.
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th/ HSC examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other recognized board.
- Minimum Marks: The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks (40% for OBC/BCM/MBC/EBC/BT/SC candidates).
- Mandatory Subjects: The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, Botany and Zoology along with English as compulsory subjects.
For B.Tech
- Qualification: The candidates studying/passed the 12th/ HSC examination from a recognized board are eligible to apply.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must score a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category).
- Mandatory Subjects: The candidate must have passed Physics & Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biology/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science subjects.
For B.Pharma
- Qualification: The candidate must have cleared the 10+2 from a recognized board. Appearing candidates may also apply.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category).
- Mandatory Subjects: The candidate must have passed Physics & Chemistry are compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics/ Biology/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science subjects.
For B.A.M.S.
- Qualification: The candidate must have passed the 12th standard examination from a recognized board. Appearing candidates can also apply.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category).

- Candidates must be of 25 years in age (28 years in case of SC/ST category candidates).
Postgraduate Medical courses
- Candidates should have a valid NEET-PG or NEET-MDS scorecard of the same year.
- Candidates must have a registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
- The candidate must have completed one year of internship or likely to complete the internship on or before the last week of March 2020.
Note: The result of NEET-PG 2020 and NEET-MDS 2020 shall only be valid for the current admission session i.e. Session 2020.
