UPESEAT Application Form 2025
Candidates who are eligible and willing to fill the form must know about the application procedure. Before going for the UPESEAT 2025 Application Form candidates must be prepared with some documents. - No. of Questions: There will be total of 125 questions (online) and 200 Questions (Centre Based) in the paper.

- For every correct answer, candidates will get 1 mark each and there is no negative marking for the wrong answer.

UPESEAT Slot/ Test Booking 2025
Candidates have to book a slot for the exam. As per the preference of the candidates, the seat is allotted to the candidates. Admit card is further issued to those who do the UPES Slot booking. If anyone fails to book the test slot then the candidates won’t be able to download the UPES Admit card and hence let out for the examination. Therefore, ensure that you do that before the due date.
UPESEAT Admit Card 2025
After the UPES Application procedure ends, then the concerned authority issues the UPESEAT Admit Card to the candidates. Admit cards are issued online and candidates have to download them from the UPES website (upes.ac.in). The admit card process takes place after the successful completion of slot booking. Admit card is the essential document which the candidates have to carry on the day of examination. Without the admit card candidates cannot sit for the exam.
Exam Centres for UPESEAT 2025
There are around 100 UPESEAT Exam Centres around India. Candidates are cautioned to fill the City code and shade correctly as the allotment of the required Test City is based on this information only. Candidates need to give both first & second choices as per their city preference in OMR/ Online Application form. UPES Scholarship 2025
There are 3 types of scholarships that are provided to the students. Note that only the students with great scores in the examination are considered. Further, as the scholarship is of 3 types, hence different students get a chance to win. However, the eligibility for each course is different. These UPESEAT Scholarships are explained in brief below for assistance as well. The types of scholarships are further as follows:
- Merit-Based
- Scholarship for Uttarakhand State Board Toppers
- Special Scholarship
Merit-Based Scholarship
1. Students with an aggregate of 80% marks in class X & XII & 80% marks in PCM for B.Tech (All Streams) in CBSE/ ICSE / State Examination Board are given a scholarship. Such scholarships are limited to 10% of seats in each B.Tech Program. Scholarships are allotted for the first Semester in Merit order to eligible candidates. The scholarship amount is 50% of the Tuition fee for the First Semester.
2. Further, the scholarship is provided on a merit basis only. There are no other selection criteria for this.
3. Continuation of Scholarship in the subsequent years is as per the University policy.
Scholarship for Uttarakhand State Board Toppers
- The Merit order allotment is as per the program, hence each program has 1 seat.
- The seats reserved under this category are within the 15% reservation for Uttarakhand resident students. Moreover, the scholarship amount is 25% of a tuition fee waiver for Boys and 35% for Girls students in the first year.
- In addition, the applicant must have “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” (Permanent Residence Certificate)
- Students are entitled only to 1 scholarship at a time (either through Uttarakhand Board Toppers or through the Uttarakhand Resident category).
- In addition, the Scholarship in subsequent years shall be as per the merit scholarship policy of the University.
Special Scholarship
Apart from all the above scholarship, there is an exclusive scholarship for All-Girl Students
- 25% Scholarship on tuition fee waiver for all girls taking admission in any of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate for 2025 Intake.
- Moreover, this scholarship is applicable for the full duration of the program.
- Renewal of this scholarship is on a yearly basis.
- Minimum attendance in the previous year should not be less than 75%.
- Further, the student should not have any disciplinary case/ action.

Minor Degree along With B.Tech Degree
- Students can now enroll for the other additional specialization programme in the latest technologies namely Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Self Driving Vehicles of Things, Data Analytics, and Blockchain.
- Moreover, all the students of the School Of Engineering, irrespective of their areas of specialization, can take a minor degree in any of these topics along with their B. Tech degree programme.
- Furthermore, each specialization has 5 courses of 3 credits each and a project spanned between the 3rd and 7th semesters. All the courses are led by the faculty.
Diploma in Business Management along with B. Tech
- Through UPES the students can have a Diploma in Business Management program along with a B.Tech degree.
