GITAM GAT Counselling will be conducted for all eligible candidates starting from 9th May 2019. Candidates can download the counselling call letter using the link available below. To download the GITAM GAT counselling letter, students will be required to enter their application number and captcha code given on the screen. The counselling of GITAM GAT 2019 will be conducted in online mode. The seat allotment will be done based on the rank of the candidate.

GITAM GAT 2019 Counselling
GITAM GAT 2019 Counselling: All the eligible candidates will be required to appear for GITAM GAT counselling 2019. Students who have been selected for counselling will be sent a counselling call letter and will be required to download the same. Candidates have to appear in person for GITAM GAT 2019 and fill in the choices of their college and course. Seats will be allotted to all candidates based on their rank in the exam and the choices filled. The reporting candidate will be required to bring the counselling letter, the documents for verification and pay the tuition fee.

GITAM GAT Counselling Procedure 2019
Candidates can check the full GITAM GAT 2019 Counselling procedure given below:
- Candidates will be required to log in and download the counselling letter.
- After this, candidates will be required to participate in the choice filling procedure and lock the same.
- Candidates who will attend the counselling have to pay a counselling fee of Rs. 2000/- which is non-refundable.
- Based on the rank of the candidate, a schedule will be released and candidates have to report for the GITAM GAT Counselling 2019 based on it.
- Candidates must bring all the documents for verification where candidates will be allotted seats based on their rank and choices filled by the candidate.
- After verification, students must report to the college and complete all the admission formalities. Candidates can check more details about GITAM GAT Counselling at gat.gitam.edu/counseling2019.
