University of Kota Admissions Application Form 2019

  • Required certificate if belonging to the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC).
  • The Admit Card of the last qualifying examination for which the candidate appeared for.
  • The candidate must bring the Admit card copy if appeared for the entrance test.
  • Certificate in support of a claim for Sports seat.
  • Candidates will also have to submit their Admission Fee on the day of the counselling and Document verification.
  • Income certificate of the guardian/parent, issued by the competent authority.
