University of Kota Admissions 2019 Dates

The Kota University Time Table will be released on the official website of the University. It is important that the candidate keep themselves updated with the latest released information as mentioned in the officially available notification. It must be noted that the details in the released date might be changed as per the preference and the guidelines of the Examination conducting body of the Kota University. University of Kota Application Form 2019

The Application Form of Kota University will be released on the official website of the University by the examination conducting body. It is important that the candidate keep themselves updated with the latest released information regarding the Application Form. The filling and the submission of the University of Kota Application Form 2019 will be an important step in order to proceed with the admission procedure further. The Application Form will have certain sections that have to be filled by the candidate and the information provided in the form must be valid and correct as any form of misleading information in the form might lead to the cancellation of the candidature at the time of the admission. Eligibility Criteria for University of Kota 2019 Admissions

The eligibility criteria for the admission to the Undergraduate courses, Post Graduate courses, Diploma and the Research courses are as per the criteria which are defined by the examination conducting body of the University. Candidates, before filling the Application form and applying for the admission to the course, must make sure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria completely and then only they can proceed for the admission procedure further.   • For the admission to B.Sc and the Diploma courses, the admission will be provided to the courses on the basis of the Merit which will be prepared on the basis of the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination.
  • For the admission to M.Tech, M.Phil, PhD courses candidates will have to appear for the entrance exam which will be conducted by the University.

University of Kota Admit Card 2019

The Kota University Admit Card for the entrance exam conducted will be released on the official website of the University. Candidates who will be appearing for the entrance exam conducted by the University will require to download the Admit Card and the link will be available as per on the scheduled date which will be released by the examination conducting body of the University. It is a mandatory document which has to be downloaded and to be bought by the candidate on the day of the exam as it will be providing all the important details which will be necessary for the candidates who will be appearing for the entrance exam.

The Admit Card will mention the Name of the candidate, Course Name, Course Code, Date and time of the examination, venue of the examination and the important instructions to be followed by the candidate on the day of the exam. The Merit List will be released by the University of Kota mentioning the names of the candidates who have applied for the admission to the courses through the Merit procedure. The Merit List will mention the details of the course for which the candidate appeared for and the rank secured by them as per the as per the marks in their qualifying examination. It must be noted though that merely acquiring a place in the Merit List will not assure the admission, the final admission and the seat allotment will only be through the counselling procedure conducted by the University.

University of Kota Counselling 2019

The counselling procedure of final seat allotment will be conducted by the University of Kota of the candidates who will be selected for the admission. It is important that they attend the counselling in order to acquire a seat in the applied course. The counselling procedure is conducted by the examination body of the University and the candidates selected for the counselling are provided with an Imitation letter mentioning all the important details for the counselling. Applicants must make sure that they do not miss the counselling, the seat allotted to them will be provided to the candidate next in waiting.

The Imitation letter provided to the candidate will be mentioning all the required details which will be important on the day of the counselling.   • High School Certificate/Equivalent certificate.
  • Transfer Certificate.
  • Migration Certificate, if passed from the University other than University.
  • Intermediate Certificate/Equivalent certificate.
  • Marksheet of High School/equivalent and intermediate/equivalent.
  • Marksheet of the qualifying examination.
  • Required certificate if belonging to the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC).
  • The Admit Card of the last qualifying examination for which the candidate appeared for.
  • The courses for which the candidate gave the entrance exam, the admit card of the entrance examination will be required.
  • Certificate in support of a claim for Sports seat.
  • Candidates will also have to submit their Admission Fee on the day of the counselling and Document verification.
  • Income certificate of the guardian/parent, issued by the competent authority.
