TS ICET Counselling 2025: Telangana State Council of Higher Education and Kakatiya University is responsible for conducting the TSICET Admission and Counselling Process. Eligibility Criteria TSICET Counselling Admission 2025

For getting admission into MBA Colleges through TS ICET, it is very important that you satisfy the eligibility criteria. So, the eligibility conditions for TS ICET Counselling are as follows-

• The Minimum Qualifying Marks for General Category is 50% and for Reserved Category is 45%.
• Minority Students (Christian/Muslim) who will not be able to qualify TS ICET 2025, or would have scored 50% (OC Candidates), and 45% (other candidates) can get admission to a B-School, only for the left-over seats in the respective minority colleges. Such candidates will not be eligible for fee reimbursement scheme.
• Also, you need to be a citizen of India and must belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
• The maximum age of the candidate must be 30 years (OC Candidate), and 34 years (for other candidates) as on 1st July 2025.
• The student must be a graduate with a minimum of three years of time duration.

The Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test includes the following steps-

TS ICET Web Counselling 2025 – Procedure Details

Payment of the counseling processing fees

This the first step that you will have to perform when the TS ICET Counselling Registration begins. To register yourself, you need to make a payment of the counselling processing fees.

• Firstly, visit the official website and click on the counseling registration link.
• Then click on the counseling registration link. Start with the payment process.
• The counseling fees is Rs 1200 (General) and Rs 600 (reserved category).
• You will have to enter details such as Hall Ticket Number, Registration Number, and Date of Birth.
• Soon after the payment, you will receive an Acknowledgement Receipt. Keep it safe for future reference.

Slot Booking

• Soon after the payment confirmation, the candidates have to login again and book slots for document verification.
• In the slot booking, you can choose the date and time as per your preferences.
• This facility will be available for a limited period of time.

Document Verification Process

• In the TS ICET Document Verification Round, the candidate has to visit the venue on the prescribed date and time. He/She has to carry the following documents to the process.

Registration for Option Entry

This procedure takes place soon after the Document Verification Process. In this stage, you will have to choose the college you wish to apply for. So, the procedure for entry option is as follows-

• Generate Password by clicking on the “Candidate Registration”
• Enter the details- Hall Ticket Number, ROC Number, Rank, Date to Birth
• Re-Login to exercise the options and enter the following details (Login ID, Date of Birth, Password, and Hall Ticket Number).
• Click on one or more districts to display the names of the colleges in the particular districts.
• All the Institutions and Colleges will be displayed on the screen.
• The General Colleges, Girl’s Colleges, and Minority Colleges will be displayed in different colors.
• You will have to enter the admit card number, and option numbers in the boxes provided next to the college names.
• Then after choosing the options, click on save and logout.

Allotment of Seats

• In this stage, the applicant will be allotted seats on the basis of merit, preferences, category, local area, and reservation.
• You can download the allotment order by login the credentials.

Payment of the Fees and Self-Reporting

• After downloading the allotment letter, you will have to pay the requisite fee amount by the self-reporting system.
• Then click on the tab- “Accept my Joining”
• After doing this, an admission number will be generated.
• Download the allotment letter and submit at the opted college before the due date.

TS ICET Counselling Process (Subsequent Rounds)

• If a candidate is unable to participate in the previous round of TSICET Counselling, then he/she can participate again in the document verification process.
• If an applicant is not alloted with a seat in the first round, then he/she can go for the next round.
• The seat will be canceled if the candidate does not accept the allotted seat. They cannot claim the seats in the remaining rounds.
• However, if the seat is accepted by the candidate, then he/she will have to deposit a requisite amount for the subsequent rounds.

TS ICET Counselling 2025- Process of Cancellation

• If a candidate wants to withdraw the seat, then he/she has to perform this activity within a stipulated amount of time.
• Such candidates have to report the convenor in person, or by registered post and submit the following documents-

TS ICET Spot Admissions 2025

Soon after the completion of the counselling process, if there are any vacant seats, then it will be filled through Spot Admissions. The Spot Admission will take place at respective colleges.
