Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) is in the charge of allotting seats to qualified candidates into various colleges/ institutions located in the state of Telangana. The TS EAMCET Counselling 2020 process started after the release of TS EAMCET Result 2020 and the preparation of the Rank List. Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their results, rank list and eligibility. Candidates will have to register and fill in choices of college and course in the order of preference. TS EACMCET Counselling 2020

Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will begin the TS EAMCET Counselling from the 4th week of May 2020. Candidates can check the complete Counselling Schedule below.

TS EAMCET Counselling 2020 – Participating Procedure

Candidates, who qualify the TS EAMCET Cut off 2020, will be eligible to participate in the TS EAMCET Counselling 2020. The seat allotment through TS EAMCET Counselling 2020 will begin after the declaration of TS EAMCET Result 2020. Candidates will have to register and fill in the choice preferences. There will be document verification rounds which the candidate must necessarily attend. If any candidate fails to clear his/ her documents, then he/ she will be liable for disqualification.

Step 1 – Registration

Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will be arranging several TS Admission Help Line Centers (HLCs). Candidates will have to visit these TSCHE designated HLCs for Registration with relevant documents that will be verified by the authorities. Candidates will have to make TS EAMCET Counselling 2020 Registration Fees at the counter. For registration, candidates will have to provide the TS EAMCET Hall Ticket details and Rank details. There will be a biometrics verification setup in place and candidates will have to fully cooperate.

Step 2 – Document Verification

Candidates will have to verify the documents such as identity proof documents and education qualification certificates. It is to be noted that if the authorities find any sort of discrepancy in the documents, then the candidate will be disqualified from the admission drive. Candidates belonging to the categories other than the general category will have to show original certificates showing the proofs of the candidate’s category. These documents will have to be verified by the caste officer at the HLCs. Candidates will have to collect the clearance receipt.

List of Documents to be submitted for verification

  • TS EAMCET Rank Card 2020
  • TS EAMCET Hall Ticket 2020
  • Verify the details printed on Registration-Cum-Verification form for local area, sex, Minority, category, Special Reservation category, date of birth, Mobile Number, Aadhar Card Number, Fee Reimbursement Eligibility, etc. for correctness.
  • If the candidate belongs to SC/ ST/ OBC Category, report to Caste Verification officer and submit the original Caste Certificate for verification and clearance. After Caste verification report to one of the Certificate verification officers.
  • S.C. or equivalent marks memo.
  • Domicile Certificate
  • In case of a non-local candidate, residence proof of parents in Telangana State for a period of 10 years
  • Physical Handicap (PH) certificate if applicable.
  • Children of Army Personnel (CAP) if applicable. (CAP is allowed only for the Telangana State domiciles)
  • NCC and Sports Certificates if applicable

Step 3 – Choice Filling and locking

After registration, candidates will have to fill out the choices of colleges and courses in the order of preference. Candidates can choose as many options as possible. However, candidates must take caution before excising the right because it is advised to the candidate to make research about the college and course they prefer. The research can be based on the quality, faculty, and so on of the college/ institute. For the course, students must make sure that they have some sort of insight into the subject of preference.

Step 4 – Seat Allotment

After considering all the registrations and choice preferences, JNT University Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE will allot seats to candidates on the basis of the TS EAMCET Cut off 2020. Candidates will be notified about the seat allotment list through the official website of TSCHE EAMCET 2020. Candidates will have to login to their registered account to download their admission call letter. At this point, candidates will have to make their decision regarding whether to accept or reject the allotted seat. The admission confirmation needs to be done by reporting to the allotted college/ Institute and making the admission fee payment.

TS EAMCET Counselling Rounds

Counselling 2020 – Round 1

Telangana State Admission Counselling Round 1 will start after the declaration of merit list. Candidates will have to get registered and make the counselling fee payment. Also, candidates will be asked to fill in choices of college and course in the order of preference. After analyzing the choice preferences, JNT University Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE will allot seats to candidates on the basis of TS EAMCET Rank List. JNTUH will release the rank ranges online which the candidate will have to check. The allotted seats must be confirmed before the stipulated time by reporting to the allotted college/ institute and making the admission fee payment.

TS EAMCET Counselling 2020 – Round 2

Candidates who were left out from the round 1 of TS EAMCET Counselling 2020, will be called in again for the Round 2 of Counselling. The drill will remain the same as candidates will have to register and give in their college preferences. Authorities will release the 2nd Round Counselling results online and candidates will have to confirm their allotted seat by making the admission fee payment to the allotted college/ institution.

TS EAMCET Counselling 2020 – Round 3

After the conclusion of Round 1 seat allotment through TS EAMCET Counselling 2020, candidates will have called in for the 3rd Round of Counselling. Candidates will have to confirm their allotted seats by making the admission fee payment.

TS EAMCET Counselling 2020 – Withdrawal of Seats

At the end of the Counselling process, still, if the candidate wants to withdraw/ cancel the allotted seat, he/ she may do so before a stipulated cutoff date by approaching the Convener in person. Beyond this date, the Convener will have no say on your admission and is left to the discretion of the Principal of the institution.
