The NBE NEET SS Counselling will take place in online mode only. All the necessary documents will thus have to be uploaded. Candidates should keep them scanned and ready to avoid unnecessary hassle. Furthermore, the merit students should have an idea about all the important event dates. The authorities may send notifications, still one should have knowledge of the complete schedule. NBE NEET Super Specialty 2025 Counselling Procedure
As mentioned above, the complete process will be carried out in online mode. Hence, the students will have to visit the counselling committee official website to register themselves. The counselling is further conducted in 2-3 different rounds. In addition, a mop-up round can also be conducted if the seats will be left vacant after the counselling rounds. The seats will further be allotted to students as per their rank and seat availability. Moreover, the procedure of the NEET-SS Counselling is as follows:
- Visit the Official Website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) – www.mcc.nic.in
- Then the students will have to register for the counselling. To register successfully, students will be asked to enter certain details.
- Further, you will be asked to enter the preferable date and time to attend the counselling round.
- As per the filled in choices, the selection process will be carried out.
- Moreover, the selected candidates will then have to report at the allotted college along with the photocopies and original documents.
- In addition, the students belonging to reserved categories must carry the caste certificate.
- The admission will then be finalized on the basis of merit and only if the student will submit all the documents.
What to do If I’m Not Selected in the First Round of Counselling?

Candidates who did not get selected in the first round should try again in the second round. It will begin soon after the first round of completion. The second round of NEET-SS Counselling will take place for the applicants who did not get a seat in the previous counselling round. These candidates can directly log in using their candidate login and follow the same process. Further, the subsequent rounds will take place to fill the vacant seats from the previous round. The common counselling process will take place for the seat allotment of the candidates in various colleges through the Entrance Exam.
NEET SS Mop-Up Round Counselling 2025
This round of counselling takes place only if the seats are left vacant after the second round of counselling. Thus, all the students who did not get admission in the first two rounds can take part in the mop-up counselling. Who is Eligible for Attending Stray Vacancy?
- Registered Candidates who did not get a seat in the First Round of Counselling.
- The Registered Applicants who did not get a seat in the Second Round of Counselling.
Who are Not Eligible for Attending Stray Vacancy Round?
- Candidates who did not opt for the Stray Vacancy Round.
- Admitted Candidates of Round I and II Counselling.
- Allotted Candidates of Round II who did not join the allotted seat.
Moreover, the other important instructions for the counselling round are as follows:
- Note that there will be no fresh registrations/fresh choice filling for the mop-up counselling round.
- Choices filled earlier by the candidates during Round II will be considered for the Stray Vacancy Round.
- In addition, candidates who have been allotted a seat in Stray Vacancy Round and did not join the allotted college will get their Security Deposit refunded.
NEET Super Specialty Counselling 2025- Important Documents
The NBE NEET SS Counselling will be conducted completely in online mode. Therefore, during the counselling rounds, the students will not have to provide the documents. However, the students will be asked to submit the originals and photocopies of the documents at the reporting time. Therefore, candidates’ should keep all the documents ready. If any of the students will not submit the documents, then he/ she will be denied admission. Furthermore, the documents that the students must keep ready are as follows:
- The Admit Card issued by the National Board of the Examinations.
- Result/Rank Letter issued by the NBE.
- MBBS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate
- MD/MS/DNB Degree Certificate in the concerned specialty.
- Permanent Registration Certificate of MBBS/MS/DNB issued by MCI/NBE/State Medical Council.
- Students who have completed/completing post-graduation by 31st July 2025 are eligible to apply with the Provisional Certificate.
- High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as an Identity Proof.
- Valid Proof of Identity such as PAN Card, Driving License, Aadhaar Card/Passport/Voter ID, etc.
