MGSU Admission 2025: Application Form, Dates, Eligibility, Admit Card, Result

MGSU Admission 2025 for UG/PG courses will take place in online mode. Maharaja Ganga Singh University, formerly known by the name of Bikaner University is a public university situated in Bikaner, in the state of Rajasthan India. The university offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate programs like B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed., M.Ed., BCA, MBA, BFA, L.L.B., L.L.M., B.Com., M.Com., B.A. M.A. The University has released the exam time table for March/April 2025 semester exam. However, candidates should note that these programs are offered by MGSU affiliated colleges only. The university also offers diploma courses at both UG and PG levels under the centre of entrepreneurship and skill development(CESD).

The admission of MGSU of candidates is done solely on the basis of merit list followed by counselling and document verification as per university policy. Candidates are required to check the eligibility criteria before applying for MGSU admission. Subsequently, the university will release the MGSU result 2025.

Candidates aspiring to get admission to MGSU should keep themselves up to date regarding the important dates of MGSU admission 2025. However, the official date of the MGSU application form is not declared yet; candidates will be notified about the official date as soon as it will be released. Eligibility Criteria For MGSU Admission 2025

Candidates aspiring to take admission in UG programs in MGSU should first check the eligibility criteria of MGSU. If the candidate does not meet the required eligibility criteria then, he/she will not be granted admission to a particular course for which he has applied. The eligibility criteria for different courses are as follows: Candidates enrolling in B.A.(Hons) courses are required to have 50% aggregate in their 12th standard. Candidates seeking admission in B.A., B.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons) should have passed the:12th standard from any recognized board.

Candidates aspiring to take admission in L.L.B. and B.Ed. should have secured an aggregate of 50% in their graduation. However, candidates should note that there are only 160 seat intake for B.A. History(Hons.)program. Therefore, the total intake for B.Sc. is 40 students, in MSGU. Furthermore, the total intake of candidates seeking admission in B.A and B.Sc. honours program is 80 students.

MGSU Application Form 2025

Candidates aspiring to take admission in Undergraduate courses at MGSU are first required to fill the application form of MGSU. They should do so before the last date of filing the application form, which will tentatively be the last week of June 2025. The information provided by the candidate should be to the best of his knowledge. However, any invalid or wrong information provided in the application form can lead to the applicant’s cancellation of admission. Make sure that you keep all the documents ready at the time of filling the form. They will have to provide both personal and academic information like parents’ name, residential address, 10+2 qualifying marks etc. Candidates can fill the application form online for MGSU admission 2025.

Candidates filling the MGSU application form are required to take a printout of the form for further process. However, the application will not be successful without providing a hardcopy of the same to the university. The application fee of MGSU Application form is Rs 100/-. However, candidates should note that merely filling the application form will not grant the candidate admission in the university. The  Maharaja Ganga Singh University admission process is furthermore based on the merit of the candidate.

MGSU Semester/Supplementary Exam Form

Candidates who already got admission to the University are required to fill the Semester Exam Form for Enrollment. However, the exam form will be available online just a few days before the Exam Dates. The MGSU Enrollment Form for Semester will be available on the website. Candidates have to fill in the details and submit the form with a registration fee amount. However, the registration fees for all the courses are different. Also, the fee amount is different for different semesters.

MGSU Fee Structure 2025

Candidates are required to pay an amount of fee yearly. Without successful fee payment, the candidate will not be eligible for Maharaja Ganga Singh University Admission 2025. MGSU Admit Card 2025

The university has released the admit card of MGSU for the semester examination. The MGSU Admit Card for BA/ B.Com examination has been made available on the official website of the authority. The candidates, who have already taken admission into the university will have to take the semester exams. Kindly note that the admit card of MGSU will have to be brought to the centre of the examination. No one will be allowed to sit in the test without the admit card. The examination of BA/ B.Com will get commenced on the February 2025.

MGSU Admission Process 2025

The process of admission to MGSU is based on the candidate’s qualifying marks in 10+2, therefore, it is on this basis that the merit list is prepared. Although, mere name in the merit list does not guarantee a candidate admission in the university. The declaration of merit list is further followed by the MGSU counselling and document verification. MGSU Result 2025

The result of the semester examination of MGSU will be released a few days after the conduct of the examination. The candidates will be able to download the MGSU Semester Exam Result after logging in with the help of the mandatory credentials. Kindly note that the result of the semester exam of BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc/ MA/ M.Com/ M.Sc will get declared on the scheduled dates. The candidate should make sure that they are updated with all the dates.

MGSU Admission Merit List 2025

Before applying to MGSU, Candidate should know about the MGSU 2025 admission procedure. MGSU does not conduct any entrance exam for UG courses, therefore MGSU admission 2025 is based on the merit of the candidate in the last qualifying exam. The MGSU merit list for each course is released separately. It is based on the collective data of candidates. The candidate whose name appears in the merit list of MGSU will be eligible for further rounds of the admission process. However, their mere name in the merit list doesn’t guarantee them admission in the university.

The provisionally selected student will further be called for document verification and counselling session. Therefore, candidates must check the university’s official website on day to day basis. The qualifying candidates will have to pay an amount of fee as per the university’s guideline.

MGSU Admission 2025 Counselling And Document Verification

Candidates will be able to access the MGSU merit list on the official website of the university. The qualifying candidates whose name appears in the merit list will only be eligible to attend the counselling. However, mere name in the merit list does not guarantee candidates’ admission in MGSU. They should further keep it in mind to be on time to the venue of counselling of MGSU. The time and date of the venue will be fixed and no request by candidates to change it will be entertained.

Subsequently, Candidates must submit all the necessary documents at the time of document verification. Therefore, list of documents will consist of, 10th class mark sheet, 10+2 mark sheet, Identity Proof, Reservation certificate(if applicable), character certificate, migration/transfer certificate, qualifying certificate, etc. It is mandatory for candidates to bring all the required documents to the venue of counselling in order to get admission in MSGU. However, The university has full right to cancel the admission of the applicant if there is any discrepancy in the admission procedure.
