LPUNEST – A Brief Outline

Since 2009, LPUNEST has been a gateway for many B Tech aspirants, including students whose pursuit of class 12th is still in progress. Since then, more than 50,000 students have been appearing in the examination. Here are some basic and contingent facts relative to LPU NEST.

Exam Dates and Schedule of LPUNEST 2019

LPUNEST 2019 official notification has been released on the official website of LPU. Meanwhile, applicants can refer to the provisional LPUNEST 2019 Exam Dates below.

Eligibility Criteria of LPUNEST 2019

LPUNEST Eligibility Criteria: The application form has been released online. Students who wish to apply for the LPU Entrance must check their LPUNEST Eligibility Criteria before they start applying. Candidates are required to meet the relevant requirement based on the LPUNEST 2019 Eligibility Criteria.

A candidate is eligible if the following case is true.

● He/she is a citizen of India
● Candidates who are applying in LPUNEST for B Tech programmes, must have passes 12th or pursuing 12th in the academic session of 2018 from any recognized board such CBSE, CISCE, State Board, etc.
● All Candidates must have an aggregate of 60% in 10+2 examinations from any recognized Board. Or candidate must have a minimum score of 74 marks in JEE Main 2019.
● For B Tech in Bio Technology, Food Technology, Biomedical Engineering, and Integrated Biotechnology Programme, candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and English along with Mathematics, or Biology, or Biotechnology in Class XII.
● For B Tech in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum, candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English in Class XII.

LPUNEST Application Form 2019

LPUNEST Application Form: The application form submission process has begun. Candidates who meet the LPUNEST Eligibility Criteria can go ahead and start applying for LPUNEST 2019. LPUNEST Application Form available in the official website of LP University and students can submit their LPUNEST Application Form Online as well as in offline mode.

• Candidates must go the official website and get registered.
• Candidates then are required to provide their personal details and this will generate a personal login database in which all the future activities will take place such as admit card download, result viewing, etc.
• Interested applicants will have to select the course for which they are seeking admissions in.
• After successfully creating a log in ID, candidates are required to make the registration fee payment. Fee details are given below.
• Provide the persona and academic details, and this information has to accurate and in sync with the official documents and official Mark sheet.
• Applicants then will be required to upload the scanned image of recent passport size photograph and signature.
• For Offline Application Form 2019, candidates must purchase the LPUNEST Application Form from the Admission Office at University Campus for a sum of Rs 500. It can be paid in cash/DD/Pay Order.
• The LPUNEST Application Form is also available at various designated camp offices, or other offices specified by the University.
• Application Fee to be paid for the LPUNEST 2019 is Rs. 500 for boys and Rs. 250 for Girls. It can be paid online via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking or Offline via Demand Draft/Cash/Pay Order. LPUNEST Slot Booking 2019

LPUNEST Slot booking was started on 6th June 2019. Students should consider selecting their preferred date and session as early as possible since the LPUNEST Slot Booking 2019 will be allotted on a first come basis. LPUNEST 2019 Slot Booking procedure is easy to follow. Candidates are required to go to the official website of LPUNEST and log in with their assigned Username and Password. Candidates then can select their choice of date and time for appearing in LPUNEST Exam.

Although LP University will assign a slot for candidates who fail to opt for their slot preference, it is to be noted that this slot provided will not be in the personal interest of the candidate. However, University will consider the cities candidate have opted while filling in the LPUNEST Application Form.

Admit Card of LPUNEST 2019

LPU NEST Admit Card 2019 will be released on the official website. Candidates will also have the facility of having the Admit Cards mailed to them. Candidates can log in and download their respective LPUNEST 2019 Admit Cards, provisionally, in the month of April. LPUNEST Admit Card 2019 will be released after the Slot Booking session is done with.

Candidates are required to enter their Registration number, password, date of birth, and security pin in order to avail the admit card. Once the admit card is accessed, candidates are requested to check the details thoroughly and make sure that there is no error or misrepresentation of data such as personal information, photo and signature uploaded. In case there is a distortion or inaccuracy of data, candidates are required to contact the examining body immediately.

Candidates are also required to note down important details such as Roll Number, Date and Time, Venue of Examination, etc. It will be prudent to visit the venue in advance so as to be able to reach the examination venue in time on the examination date Also, It is mandatory to take the admit cards along to enter the examination hall. Admit Cards are to be accompanied by an ID proof.

Exam Pattern of LPUNEST

Applicants for LPUNEST must have an idea about the LPUNEST Question Paper Pattern. This will come in handy for the students in planning their preparation, and students will be aware of what to expect when giving the LPUNEST 2019.
For B Tech courses, the LPUNEST Exam Pattern will be as follows

● LPUNEST will be a Computer Based Test held in online mode.
● Total exam duration will be 150 minutes.
● Questions will be Objective Multiple Choice Types
● The number of questions will be 110.
● Wrong or unanswered answers will not cost any negative markings.
● Questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology will carry 4 marks each.
● Questions from English will carry 2 marks each.
● Candidates can either opt for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English, or they can opt for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

LPUNEST Preparation 2019

LPUNEST Answer Key 2019

LPUNEST Official Answer Key will be available after the examinations. Exact dates for LPUNEST Answer Key will be announced and updated soon. LPUNEST Answer Key will serve the purpose of providing the correct answers for the questions that will be asked in LPUNEST Examination. Students can cross-examine these answers with the ones they have marked in the examination. Students will also be able to calculate their test scores by tallying the number of answers they got right and adding 4 marks for every correct answer from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology, and 2 marks for every correct answer from the English section.

Result of LPUNEST 2019

LPUNEST result 2019: LPUNEST Result 2019 will be announced after the completion of the examination. Exact dates for the LPUNEST 2019 Result has been announced and updated here. Candidates who have gone through successful completion of LPUNEST 2019 Exam can check their respective results on the official website of LP University. After entering the website candidates can enter the result portal and enter their Roll Number, Registration Number, Date of Birth, and security code. This will open their created ID database and results, marks, and admission status will be displayed therein. LPUNEST Result will also be sent to the respective candidate’s email ID.

LPUNEST Cut-off 2019

LPU NEST Cut-off 2019 will be issued by LPUNEST examining authority to ensure that the appearing candidates who clear the LPUNEST examination would do so with a minimum required standard to continue to the next round. This is to make sure quality student resource inside the LPU campus. LPUNEST CAT Cut-off vary every year and are set based on analytics of current year’s question paper difficulty level, number of students appearing for the exam, number of seats offered, number of students who have cleared the exam, etc.

Counselling & Seat Allotment LPUNEST 2019

LPUNEST Counselling and LPUNEST Seat Allotment date will release later. It will be conducted in 3 rounds. Exact Dates of each round will be updated later. LPUNEST 2019 Counselling will be offered to students who will successfully clear the LPUNEST Examination. Students can participate in the LPUNEST Counselling 2019 Process by registering and giving their preferences of seats. Based on the seat preference, students will be called in by the LP University, and seats will be allotted accordingly. After that students will be required to pay their fees either online or by directly visiting the campus.
