GUJCET Counselling 2019: The counselling of GUJCET is conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat. Check Gujarat CET counselling details like important dates, counselling procedure of GSEB CET, and documents to be carried to the counselling center for GUJCET verification. Allotment of seats will be done according to the choices filled by the candidate. The candidate will be required to pay the tuition fee of the college as acceptance of allotted seat. GUJCET Counselling 2019

 GUJCET counselling 2019 is going on in online mode and before appearing for the Gujarat CET counselling, the eligible candidates will have to pay Rs.350 and get Information booklet and PIN from any of the designated branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank. The 14 digit pin will be of utmost importance for the counselling registration. Candidates will be required to fill the online application form and fill the required details. Candidates have to take a print of the form and submit the same. After submission, the candidate will be required to fill in the choice of his/her college and course according to his preference.

Gujarat CET Counselling 2019 Procedure

Know the counselling and seat allotment procedure of GUJCET 2019 in the steps given below. GSEB Counselling 2019 is an important process for admissions and candidates will be allotted seats during the counselling.

Step 1 – Collecting the Information Booklet & PIN

All candidates who qualify the GUJCET 2019 will be required to buy the information booklet on a payment of Rs 350 from designated branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank. The candidate will be given a 14 digit PIN which he/she must remember.

Step 2 – Application Form Filling

After collecting the information booklet and PIN candidates will be required to fill the application form and register themselves. The applicant must use his/her GUJCET 2019 roll number as the user ID and generate a new password. Here the candidate must provide his/her personal, academic details and contact details.

Step 3 – Submission of the Application

In this step, candidates must take a print out of the application form and submit it with the required documents at the help centers. Candidate must carry the Xerox as well as the original copies of the documents that will be checked by the officer at the help center. A registration slip with signature and seal will be issued and given to the candidate.

Step 4 – Online Choice Filling and Locking

In this next step, the candidate will require his user ID and password to fill in the choices of course and college online. The concerned authority will first conduct the mock round to inform the candidates about how the counselling and seat allotment procedure will take place. The two main rounds of GUJCET counselling 2019 will be held after the mock round has been concluded. Based on their eligibility, candidates will be given the choices and he/she will be able to fill only 1 choice at a time.

Candidates can choose any 4 options given below:

Save Choices – To save the filled choices, candidates have click on this option.

Save and Exit – clicking on this option will reflect all the choices filled in by the candidate.

Modify choices – Candidates can choose this option if they want to make choices to the filled in options.

Lock choices – Candidates must choose this option after they are confirmed about the choices filled. Candidates must enter the 14 digit PIN and lock their choices.

To modify the choices, candidates must click on “unlock choices” options given.

Step 5 Seat Allotment –

On the basis of mock round result, candidates can fill in their choices in the first round of seat allotment. The result of the first round will be released after choice filling. In case, candidates are allotted their preferred seats, they will have to download their seat allotment letter along with the bank fee challans showing tuition fees. For payment of tuition fees, candidates can choose either mode – online or offline. The Admission of the candidate will be confirmed after payment of the fees and candidates will then be able to print the admission slip. The vacant seats will be reflected after the end of every round of counselling and the vacant status will be declared in which, candidates can choose to reshuffle, upgrade or fill new choices after online consent.

Step 6 – Reporting to the Institute

In the final step of the counselling procedure, candidates will be required to report to the allotted institute for document verification and other admission formalities.
