The AP EAMCET 2018 exam will be held for 2 courses i.e engineering and Agriculture and medicine.
The pattern for these two exams is given below.
- The mode of the exam will be online.
- There will be 160 questions for both engineering and agricultural and medical exam.
- The questions will be of objective type with 1 mark each for every correct response. There is no provision for negative marking.
- The question paper will be in English and Telugu only.

For a candidate appearing for the exam it is important to note that a candidate who has chosen the medium of instruction at the qualifying examination as Urdu, he/she can avail the facility of an Urdu translator during the exam by filling it up in the application form but the test centre allotted will be in Kurnool only. So this option is frozen for non-Urdu candidates.
