Kerala Paramedical Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025

The eligibility conditions are set by the officials of LBSCST. These are conditions that each candidate must satisfy for being eligible to get admission. Candidates failing to do so are not eligible to fill the form. If in case, any of the students is found to be ineligible at later stages, then the candidature of that student gets canceled. Hence, do not forget to check the Kerala Paramedical Eligibility Criteria before applying. The eligibility criteria for the paramedical courses are further as follows:

  • The applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary Level of Examination.
  • Moreover, the student should have passed the exam from the Kerala Board of Higher Secondary Education.
  • In addition, for BSc M.L.T and BSc Optometry, the students must have scored 50% in aggregate in the subjects such as English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
  • For B.A.S.L.P, candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 50% in the following subjects – Chemistry, Physics, and Biology/ Mathematics/ Statistics, Computer Science/ Psychology/ Electronics.
  • For B.P.T, BSc Perfusion Technology, B.C.V.T, candidates should have at least 50% score separately in Biology as well as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  • The minimum eligible age for admission is 17 years as of 31st December 2025. In addition, there is no relaxation in the minimum age requirement.
  • However, there is no upper age limit for candidates belonging to the service quota.
  • Further, the applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • The students belonging to the state are eligible for State Merit Seats.

Kerala Paramedical Application Form 2025

The Kerala Diploma Registration Form shall be available on the official website of the conducting body. It may not be available in any other mode. In addition, it is important for each candidate to fill and submit the form before the due date. The authorities do not accept any form after the given date. Moreover, the application process comprises of certain stages. Thus, each candidate needs to successfully go through all of those. How To Apply For Kerala Paramedical Admission?

The entire application procedure is carried out in online mode. Further, the steps to successfully apply are as follows:

Registration

For first time users, registration is the first step. Wherein, to register, candidates have to visit the official website (www.lbscentre.kerala.gov.in). Moreover, candidates have to fill in the basic information during registration such as their name, guardian’s name, and contact details. Candidates should further ensure that they provide the correct information, as the provided information is used for the entire admission process. Furthermore, after filling in all the details, click on the “Save and Continue” button.

Fee Payment

The authorities reject the application forms of candidates who do not submit the application fee on time. Further, the payment can be made through Online Options or via challan. In online mode, the payment can be made through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking. The application number is further displayed after the online payment. Moreover, to make a payment via challan, you can get the different copies of challan from the official website. The different copies of challan available are Office Copy, Bank Copy, and Candidate Copy.

Then the registration ID is provided to the students. Candidates need to use this ID and log in by entering the details and start filling the application form. Further, students should keep the registration ID and password safe for future use.

Upload Documents

The candidates need to upload a recent photograph and signature. There is a list of documents that are required as well. Wherein, both the documents should be uploaded in JPEG format.

Preview Application Form

After uploading the documents, the application form is displayed on the screen for preview. Candidates should thus cross-check all the details. Then candidates need to accept the declaration by checking the box before form submission. Furthermore, after submitting the form, take a printout of it.

Important Documents

The candidates have to upload the scanned copy of the below-listed documents. Moreover, the information that you enter in the application form should match the details present on the documents. Further, the list of documents you need to have are as follows:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Qualifying Examination Marksheet
  • Category Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Income Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Domicile or any other document to prove nativity
  • Medical Certificate issued by District Medical Board (In case of PwD)

Kerala Paramedical Admission – Normalisation Process

The normalization process is conducted to ensure that the selection process is carried out in a fair manner. It is done as applicants often belong to different boards. During this process, candidates’ scores in each subject in the qualifying exam from different boards are compared to the score in the exam conducted by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala. However, the normalized marks for the same subject vary for different boards.

Example: The maximum marks in Physics out of 100 can be 100 in the case, of State Board and 97 in case, of ISC. Thus, the marks may vary for different boards of the qualifying exam.

LBSCST Paramedical Merit List Result 2025

The Kerala Paramedical 2025 Rank List is released after the authorities receive all the application forms. This list further indicates the names of the selected candidates. Candidates are ranked in order of merit in the merit list. Moreover, the rank list helps the officials in segregating students on the basis of merit. The candidates are called for counselling as per the merit list only. This list is published on the official website. It shall be available in PDF format. Thus, the students face no difficulty while downloading the merit list.

Furthermore, a separate merit list is released for each course. Note that the merit list is valid only till the cut-off date as per the Indian Nursing Council’s notification.

Kerala Paramedical 2025 Counselling

This is the last and final round of the admission procedure. Kerala Paramedical Counselling 2025 is conducted by the Director of LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Kerala. Moreover, the procedure is carried out by the Single Window System (SWS). In addition, only the merit list students are eligible to take part in counselling. The merit students further have to register themselves and enter course details. Further, the seat allotment process is carried out purely on the basis of seat availability, rank list, and options chosen by the candidates.

The officials release the allotment list after scanning all the applications and verifying documents. Moreover, the authorities release two allotment lists. However, if seats are ranked after this, then there can be a spot allotment. After the seat allotment process, candidates have to report to the allotted paramedical colleges. If any of the candidates do not report on the given date, then their candidature gets canceled.

The merit students need to provide certain documents to complete the verification process. These documents should be submitted while reporting at the allotted paramedical institute. Further, the documents you need to carry along are as follows:

The selected candidates are eligible for admission to both government and private paramedical colleges. However, the number of seats available in each institute vary.
