JAC Delhi 2025 is a counselling process that is conducted to offer admission to candidates under various disciplines of the B.Tech course. Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi will be responsible for organizing JAC Delhi. Applicants need to make the payment of counseling-cum-registration fees. Once the payment has been made, the candidate can fill and lock their preferred choices. Seats will be allotted to applicants based on the choices filled and rank obtained in JEE Main 2025. The university will conduct 6 rounds of seat allotment.

JAC Delhi Eligibility Criteria 2025

Applicants are advised to take a glance over the Eligibility Criteria of JAC Delhi 2025. These criteria help the candidate to know whether he/she will be eligible for admission to the institute or not. Thus, only eligible candidates will be allowed to fill the application form. The eligibility criteria are set by the concerned authorities. JAC Delhi 2025 eligibility criteria are prescribed below:

Qualification Criteria

  • Applicants must have passed the 12th standard form CBSE or ICSE board.
  • The candidate must have secured at least 60% in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry for getting admission in any of these institutes Netaji Subhas Institute and Technology, Delhi Technical University, and Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women. They must individually pass each of the mentioned subjects.
  • It is essential that applicants have obtained 80% in 5 subjects including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in order to get admission of JAC Delhi 2025 in Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi. The candidate must also have scored 80% in Mathematics separately.

Age Criteria

  • Applicant’s age must not be less than 17 years and not more than 25 years on 1st October 2025 for taking JAC Delhi 2025 admission in Delhi Technical University and Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi
  • There is no age limit for applying for admission to Netaji Subhas Institute and Technology and Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women.

JAC Delhi Application Form 2025

Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi will allow only eligible applicants to fill the Application form for JAC Delhi 2025. In order to apply for admission, it is vital to fill the application form. Filling of JAC Delhi 2025 Application Form comprises various steps to be followed. These steps are briefly explained below:

Step 1 – Payment of Counselling-cum-registration Fees

Applicants need to deposit an application fee of Rs. 1500. This fee can be paid either in offline mode or online mode. For making the payment, aspirants need to submit JEE Main 2025 Roll number, email ID, mobile number, and other required details.

Step 2 – Registration

After depositing the fees, candidates have to register by visiting the official website of JAC Delhi 2025 and clicking on the “New Candidate Registration” link.

Step 3 – Filling details & uploading of scanned images

Applicants can now proceed to fill personal, academic, and contact details in the application form. Candidates also have to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature. Once these details are provided a login will be created for an applicant.

Step 4 – Filling of the Choices

The candidates will be able to fill the choices of branch and institute as per their convenience and interest. These choices must in order of priority.

Step 5 – Locking of filled choices

The admission authority advises an applicant to lock their filled choices within the given deadline. If candidates fail to do so then the authority will automatically lock the previously filled choices of applicants.

Step 6 – Submission of Application form

Once the candidate fills the application form, they must submit it before the given date. The candidate must submit the form on or before the notified final date.

JAC Delhi Merit List 2025

The admission authority will also publish the Merit List of JAC Delhi 2025. This merit list will be prepared based on the JEE Main rank and choices filled by the candidate. The merit list will not vary for NSIT, DTU, and IGDTUW. Thus, the authority will not prepare the separate merit list for these institutes and will solely depend on AIR of JEE Main 2025. However, IIIT Delhi along with AIR will award bonus marks to aspirants who have shown excellence in sports, culture, etc. If there exists a tie where two or more candidates have the same score then applicants with a higher score in JEE Main 2025 will be given the preference.

JAC Delhi Cut- off 2025

Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi will release the Cut off of JAC Delhi 2025 after each round of seat allotment. The minimum marks which must be obtained by an applicant for getting admission in the desired branch and institute is known as Cut-off. Therefore, the candidate is advised to score equal to or above the cut-off in order to be eligible for admission. JAC Delhi cutoff is prepared by the concerned authorities based on various factors. These factors include the total number of aspirants applying for admission and the total number of seats available for the particular branch of the B.Tech course. The Cut-off of JAC Delhi 2025 will be course and category-specific and will be released separately for each of the participating institutes.

JAC Delhi Counselling 2025

Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi will begin the Counselling process of JAC Delhi 2025. The counselling will be conducted in online mode. There will be 6 rounds of allotment for which the candidate needs to register first. The authority will also conduct a Spot round for JAC Delhi 2025 in case of any vacant seats and for this round, a new registration is accepted.

The selected candidates of counselling then have to be present in person for document verification. Upon successful verification, an applicant will be allotted the seat on the basis of the JEE Main 2025 rank and choices filled in any of the participating institutes.

JAC Delhi Seat Allotment 2025

After completion of the counselling process, the admission authority will conduct 6 rounds of seat allotment for JAC Delhi 2025. Applicants have to register for participating in these rounds of allotment using their email id, contact number, and JEE Main details. Seats will be allotted to aspirants depending upon the JEE Main 2025 rank and choices filled by them at the time of registration. The authority will also conduct a Spot round in order to fill the vacant seats if any for JAC Delhi 2025. A new registration will be allowed for taking part in the Spot Round.

JAC Delhi Reservation Criteria 2025

Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi reserves seats for Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and OBC-NCL categories to offer an admission of JAC Delhi 2025. For this reservation, the authority will consider a category wise merit list. The seats reserved for one category will not be available for other categories. Region-wise Distribution of Seats

The authority also reserves seats according to the region of an applicant i.e. applicant belonging to Delhi or outside Delhi. 85% seats are reserved for candidates who belong to Delhi while 15% are reserved for candidates who belong from outside Delhi. For exam centres located in NCT, the candidate will be considered under Delhi region otherwise outside the Delhi region.

JAC Delhi Admission Fees 2025

Applicants who will be allotted the seat while the Seat Allotment process of JAC Delhi 2025 has to deposit an initial amount of Rs. 75,000 as admission fees. Payment can be made either in offline mode or online mode. Online payment can be done through Internet Banking, Debit card or Credit card. For Offline payment, the candidate first needs to download the SBI e- challan and then make the payment at any SBI Branch.
