Earlier, COMEDK UGET and Uni-GAUGE were conducted as two separate examinations. COMEDK 2018 was conducted in offline mode in the state of Karnataka while Uni-GAUGE was conducted in the online mode. But now, there is only one common entrance examination that will be held on 13th May 2018. This has been done to reduce the burden on students who want to take both the exams and have to prepare for both the exams separately.
