Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) is a common entrance test which will be conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education for admission into 3 Year / 5 Year LL.B Regular Courses in the Colleges of Law in Telangana for the academic year 2019-20.

Candidates will be required to submit their Hall Ticket Number to view their results. A week after the declaration of results, the Rank Cards will also be released which the candidates must download and produce at the time of admission. To download their Rank Card, they shall have to provide their Hall ticket number and Date of Birth.

How to view the Result of TS LAWCET 2019

The examination conducting body will be releasing the Rank Card of TS LAWCET 2019.

To view the results manually, follow the steps given below:

  • Visit the website lawcet.tsche.ac.in
  • Click on the link ‘Results’ under the Application section. You shall be redirected to the results page.
  • Enter your Hall Ticket number.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ button.

How to download the Rank Card of TS LAWCET 2019

The rank cards will be released one week after the declaration of results. Candidates are advised to download their rank cards and keep it safe as it shall be required in the counselling procedure.

The Rank Card will be available for download in the following steps:

  • Visit the website lawcet.tsche.ac.in
  • Click on the link ‘Rank Card’ under the Application section.
  • Enter your Hall ticket number.
  • Enter your Date of Birth.
  • Click on the ‘Download’ tab.

Criteria for Ranking and Tie Breaking

The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test will be 35% (i.e. 42 marks out of total 120 marks). There will be no minimum qualifying marks for SC & ST candidates for ranking. All the candidates securing qualifying marks shall be assigned a rank.

In case of a tie, the following order of preference shall be exercised:

  1. By considering the marks secured in Part-C of TS LAWCET.
  2. If the tie still persists, marks obtained in Part-B in TS LAWCET shall be taken into consideration.
  3. If the tie still persists they may be bracketed together for the purpose of ranking and seniority in age may be considered at the time of admission.
