RGPV Diploma Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025
The candidates who wish to take admission in RGPV must check the eligibility criteria. The ineligible candidates who fill up the enrollment form will be disqualified. Therefore, one must abide by the set eligibility criteria. We have mentioned the information regarding the same. Check below.
- The candidate must have passed out from 10+2 examination from a recognized board/council.
- They must have a minimum of 45% marks. However, the SC/ST candidates must have 40% marks in order to apply.
- The candidates who wish to take admission in PG courses must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized college/university. They must have 50% marks in aggregate in order to apply for admission. However, the SC/ST candidates must have scored 45% marks.
RGPV Admission Online Enrollment Form 2025
In order to get RGPV admission, the candidates must fill up the RGPV enrollment form. It will be available on the official website. The candidates will be able to access it in Mid-June 2025. Furthermore, the candidates must provide the required information whilst filling the RGPV Online Exam Form. They should fill in their personal, academic & residential information. However, they must make sure that the information is valid. Since any invalid information can lead to RGPV admission cancellation.
Subsequently, the candidates must also upload the required documents. They must be in the mentioned size & format. Thereafter, the candidates must not forget to pay the application fees. The RGPV online form fees will differ according to the category of the candidate. The applicant will not be deemed successfully registered without a successful fee payment. RGPV Admit Card 2025 Download
The candidates who had successfully registered themselves will be able to download the RGPV Hall Ticket. In order to download it, the candidates must visit the official website of RGPV (rgpv b.e.admit card). They must provide the required information (registration number & password). However, they must make sure that the information provided is correct. Otherwise, the candidates will not be able to download the admit card of RGPV Diploma.
Furthermore, after downloading the RGPV admit card, the candidates must check that it contains all the correct information. In case if there is any discrepancy found on the RGPV Admit Card, then the candidate must contact the examination authority. They should not try to correct it themselves. Furthermore, the candidate must remember to carry the RGPV Admit Card to the examination hall. They will not be permitted entry inside without it. Also, they should carry a valid proof of identity along with the RGPV hall ticket.

RGPV Diploma Merit List/Result 2025
The RGPV merit list is based on the marks secured by the candidate in the entrance exam. In order to check it, the candidates must visit the official website of RGPV (rgpvresult.ac.in). However, only those candidates will be able to download the RGPV merit list/result who appeared for the exam. The diploma RGPV Result/Merit List will be available in the form of a PDF. Furthermore, the candidates who have their name in the merit list will become eligible for RGPV counselling. However, the candidates who do not have their in the merit list will not be able to participate further in the RGPV admission process.

RGPV Counselling 2025
The candidates who have their names in the RGPV Result/Merit List will be called for RGPV counseling. The counseling schedule will be uploaded on the official website. The candidates must check the information therein & appear in person for the counseling. The request for the change of time, place & date of the RGPV diploma counselling will not be entertained. Therefore, the candidates must be punctual with respect to the allotted date & time. However, in case the candidate fails to report to the counseling venue, then his/her seat will be allotted to the next candidate. Furthermore, the RGPV counselling process will consist of the document verification process & seat allotment.

The candidate must remember to carry the required documents to RGPV diploma counselling. However, they must make sure that the documents are valid. RGPV Seat Allotment 2025
The candidates who have undergone the RGPV Document Verification process will be able to participate in the seat allotment process. Subsequently, the candidate will have an option of locking choice. Furthermore, the seats will be allotted to candidates based on the marks secured by them in the RGPV entrance exam. Moreover, the RGPV merit list is based on the same. The seats will then be allotted on the basis of the preference of choice filled, availability of seats & merit list. The candidates must report to the allotted institute thereafter. They should carry the required documents. Subsequently, they must also pay RGPV admission fees. The RGPV admission will be deemed successful only thereafter.
