OJEE Seat Allotment 2020: The admission authority of Odisha Joint Entrance Engineering Board (OJEEB) released the 3rd round seat allotment of OJEE 2020. All the allotted candidates have to participate in the process of document verification and admission fee payment which will be listed out of the counselling process. Only the registered candidates can participate in the seat allotment procedure of OJEE 2020. OJEE Seat Allotment 2020 Dates
OJEE has not officially announced the procedure for the session 2020-21. However, dates are taken into account. Candidates must look into the important dates to keep themselves updated.

OJEE 2020 Seat Allotment
There will be two temporary seat allotment process before the final allotment of seats. Only the selective students who will register themselves are eligible to participate in seat allotment of OJEE 2020. On the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the OJEE exam, rank is prepared. And as per the rank candidates are called for OJEE Counselling. There are various factors that play an important role while allotting the seats to the candidates. Those factors are the rank of the candidates, seat availability, category, preferred colleges, and courses.
Temporary & Final Seat Allotment of OJEE 2020
There will be phases of the temporary seat allotment before the final allotment. Temporary Seat Allotment-I will be available as per the scheduled date and time given in the OJEE web sites and newspapers. Candidates will receive the notification through SMS in their mobile no. (if filled up during registration). Students can check their temporary alloted seat position by login into the OJEE 2020 website. Candidates should not report to the institution as this is not the final seat allotment step. This stage is the option-based up-gradation system. This allotment position will remain as such or he/she will be promoted to upper choice in the next round of allotments, based on the option exercised by the candidate. (So, be careful while giving the choice and exercise option for up-gradation. The better-preferred choice should be at the upper level).
OJEE Final Allotment 2020
Once the candidates confirm their seat then they are not eligible for the up-gradation. If the candidates do not get selected in the 1st round then they have to wait for the next allotments. IF at some point in time candidate desires to withdraw from the OJEE -2020 counseling process, he /she should proceed to Nodal Centre where he/she had verified his/her documents within the specified date. In the withdrawal process, He/she will be refunded Rs.5000/10,000 (Admission fee as-deposited) in the account detail filled up at the nodal center while withdrawing.
Thus the candidates who will have the allotted seats have to download the OJEE 2020 seat allotment letter and e-challan of SBI or Axis Bank. Candidates have to pay the admission fee amounting Rs. 25,000 (admission fee is Rs. 20,000 and University registration fee is Rs. 5,000) must be paid through e-challan or they can pay their admission fee in an online mode through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking after logging to account.
Note: Candidates must keep the fee receipt safely after the successful payment.
Documents Verification at Nodal Centres
All the selected candidates have to visit the nodal centers for document verification. While going for the verification candidates need to carry the original documents along with the self-attested photocopies, fee receipt and seat allotment letter. Once done with the document verification candidates have to visit the computer counter of the Nadal centre to get a printout of documents that candidates have produced and verified successfully. If the candidates fail to verify the documents then admission fee of Rs. 25,000 will be refunded back and the seat allotted will be canceled.

- Part-Admission fee

- Aadhaar card as Photo ID proof
- 4 Photograph – Recent and passport-size
- SC/ST certificate (by birth state of Odisha)
- Class 12th Marksheet, Certificates
- Green Card as issued by the Family Welfare Department of Odisha
- HSC/Class 10th Certificate or Birth Certificate as a Date of Birth proof
- Resident/Domicile/Nativity certificate as issued by the revenue officer, tahsildar or equivalent authority
- Income certificate for candidates claiming Tuition Fee Waiver
- OL category certificate
- Certificates/documents for NRI candidates
- Medical certificate for Physically Challenged candidates
