JEE Main 2019 Scorecard will be released by the National Testing Agency for both of the exam on 30th April 2019. First the raw marks will be released on 31st January and 30th April and then the normalized JEE Main score card 2019 will be published. NTA will release the normalized Scorecard of NTA JEE 2019 Main Exam after the publication of the Exam results. NTA will be publishing the results for the aspirant of NTA JEE Main 2019. The Results will be released in the online mode on 1st week of February and 1st week of May 2019 for the January and April session respectively. All the candidates who have taken the exam will be able to view and download the scorecard from the official website of NTA which is www.nta.ac.in.

The Joint Entrance Exam Main will be conducted by the National Testing Agency from 2019 onwards. The National Testing Agency abbreviated to NTA will now conduct the JEE Main 2019 instead of CBSE (Central Board of Secondary education). There will be two session; the first exam session will be conducted from January 6 to 20, 2019 and the second one will be conducted from April 6th – 20th, 2019.

NTA JEE Main Scorecard 2019 Date

Till now the Exact date for the JEE Main 2019 Scorecard has not been announced. But candidates can check the exam and results dates announced by the National testing Agency released early in July 2018 below:

JEE Main 2019 Scorecard

The NTA JEE Main Results 2019 will be made available in the form of a score card. The NTA JEE Main scorecard will reflect the marks obtained by the candidate in each section, the overall score, the AIR (All India Rank) as well as the qualifying status of the candidate for JEE Advanced. Qualified candidates will be eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced 2019.

How to Download NTA JEE Main 2019 Scorecard

  1. Visit the official website of NTA.
  2. Or Click on the result link.
  3. Log-in to NTA JEE Main result portal using JEE Main roll number and Date of birth.
  4. The NTA JEE Main Scorecard 2019 will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Download the jee main scorecard and take a printout of the same.

How is the NTA JEE 2019 Mains Score calculated?

The score of each candidate will be calculated keeping in mind the marking scheme of the exam. For every correct answer the candidate will be awarded 4 marks. In case of incorrect attempt, 1 mark will be deducted. Using the OMR sheets, the candidate will be able to calculate the total number of correct and incorrect attempts. Next calculate the total positive and negative marks. The total score can be calculated by deducting the total negative marks from the total positive marks.

  • Total positive marks = (Total correct attempts) x 4
  • Total negative marks = (Total incorrect attempts) x 1

Total NTA JEE Main Score = Total positive marks – Total negative marks

The Joint Entrance Examination Main is a national level examination conducted for all candidates who wish to take admission in the IIITs, NITs and CFTIs in the engineering course at the undergraduate level. All the students who wish to pursue B. Tech at the undergraduate level can take the NTA JEE Main 2019. Candidates who have taken the NTA JEE Main 2019, will be able to check their score cards online. There is no other way to procure the NTA JEE Main scorecard.
