JEECE Eligibility Criteria 2025: Jharkhand Engineering Entrance Competetive Examination i.e, JEECE 2025 Admission will be on the basis of the JEE Mains 2025 scores. Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Exam Board (JCECEB) has set forth the eligibility criteria of the same. In other words, the aspirants who are looking forward to this exam must fulfill JEECE Eligibility Criteria 2025. However, not all the candidates wishing to pursue Engineering in Jharkhand State can apply for this exam. Only the candidates satisfying these pre-defined parameters will be chosen as fit to take the JCECE 2025 exam.

JEECE Eligibility Criteria 2025

There are certain requirements that the board looks for when it comes to the applicants of the JEECE admission. To put it differently, the board has a set of conditions that a candidate must satisfy. The candidates fulfilling these measures are eligible to take the exam. So, the candidates must check the JEECE Eligibility Criteria before moving on to the JEECE 2025 Online Form.

The candidate must provide the details true to the best of their knowledge. Notably, the details must exactly be the same as registered in government-approved documents. Specifically, class 10th/ equivalent qualifying examination. Applicants submitting false and fabricated information in their application will not be considered. There should be no scrutiny in the details provided by the candidate. If found, it will lead to the cancellation of the candidature at any given point of time.

Citizenship

The applicant must be a citizen of India. In another way, only the citizen of India is eligible for JEECE 2025.

Residential Criteria

Along with being a citizen of India, the candidate must be a Local/ Permanent resident of Jharkhand as well. The applicant has to submit a Permanent or Local Resident Certificate in a proper format in original at the time of Counselling of JEECE. In a word, the candidate has to produce the residential proof at the time of document verification. The Resident Certificate issued by the competent authority [Sub Divisional Officer – (Civil) or Dy. Commissioner of Jharkhand State].

NOTE: Resident Certificate issued by any other authority will not be considered and his/her claim will be refused.

Educational Criteria

The applicant should have a certain JEECE educational qualification. The candidate must have passed 10+2/ I.Sc. (Indian School Certificate). Coupled with, Physics and Mathematics along with one of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject as compulsory subjects. Moreover, the candidate must have obtained at least 45% marks in the above-mentioned subjects taken together. In the case of a candidate belonging to the reserved category, it is 40%.

NOTE: Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination may also apply. However, he/she will have to pass the qualifying examination before the date of Counselling.

JEECE Age Limit Criteria

There is no maximum/ minimum age limit. In other words, candidates of any age can apply for JEECE 2025.

Physical Criteria

Physical fitness is also the main part of JCECE Eligibility Criteria 2025. The candidate seeking admission to B.Tech. through JEECE must be physically fit. Medical Checkups of applicants recommended for admission in all courses will be done by the Board and/or Institution. Only the applicants declared fit in the check-up will be permitted for further process. Therefore, the candidate must clear this medical test conducted by the board. Only physical candidates will be taken as eligible for admission.

About JEECE 2025

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Exam Board (JCECEB) conducts the JEECE exam. The candidates clearing the eligibility criteria specified above can fill the JEECE Form. The board will issue the Hall Ticket of JEECE on its JEECE Official Website. Applicants should follow the JEECE Exam Pattern and Syllabus for preparation. JCECEB Result 2025 will release in the form of a merit list.
