JEE Main Exam Pattern 2025 released by NTA. The two papers included B.E/ B.Tech & B. Arch, B.Planning. The exam pattern has been modified. A total of 90 questions are asked in the exam out of which candidates have to attempt 75 Questions or 20 questions out of 30 (for each section). Latest Changes Made In JEE Main Question Paper Pattern

For paper 1, JEE Main 2025 paper pattern, there are multiple-choice questions and numerical value-based questions. In paper 2, there will be a separate exam for B.Arch & B.Planning. B. Arch will comprise objective questions for both Mathematics and Aptitude. However numerical questions for Mathematics will be there and questions from the drawing section will also be there. For B. Plan, questions are asked from Mathematics and aptitude and there will be an extra section on Planning with multiple choice questions on the same.

The exam will take place in online mode except for the drawing section in B.Arch. Paper 1 will consist of 90 questions for 300 marks. Important Points Relating To JEE Main 2025 Exam

  • The entrance test takes place online (Exception for B. Arch drawing questions)
  • The exam will take place in two shifts i.e 1st Shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2nd Shift from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • There will be MCQ as well as numerical based questions.
  • A total no. of questions and marks: B.E/ B.Tech (90 questions of 300 marks), B.Arch (82 questions of 400 marks) & B.Planning (105 questions of 400 marks)
  • JEE Main to be conducted in 13 languages from February 2025. (Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi Odiya, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu)

    • A total of 75 questions will be there (25 questions in each section) of 300 marks (100 marks for each section). Now in each section, there will be 20 questions of MCQ type and 5 questions will be numerically based. In numerical questions i.e 5 questions, students have to solve the question and write the answer of there own. There will be no choice of answers in the numerically-based question.
