Hemachandra North Gujarat University is responsible for releasing the exam dates of all UG and PG Courses. Last year, due to COVID-19, the university conducted an open-book exam. This year too, we are expecting an open book exam. Candidates had to carry any book or paper to the exam hall. The university also releases the practical exam results. Hence, the University has decided to release a New HNGU Exam Time Table PDF for the students. Candidates can download the exam scheme from its official website as well as from here. HNGU 2025 Examination Schedule (Released)
The University conducts the Semester Exams in two schedules – March/June (Even) and October/December (Odd Semester). The HNGU Theory Exams will take place first, followed by the Practical Exams. The university publishes the HNGU Exam Schedule a month before the date of the exam so that the students can get enough time to prepare for the Semester Examination.

Instructions for the HNGU Annual/Semester Exam 2025
The University has implemented some Rules and Regulations for the candidates who are appearing in the examination. Some of the HNGU Exam Guidelines 2025 are as follows-
- Candidates must reach the examination centre 15 minutes before the exam time.
- Make sure that you carry your Admit Card and Photo Identity Proof.
- Do not carry any electronic items such as Mobile Phones, Bluetooth, Pagers, etc.
- Do check your Question Booklet Code and Answer Key Code before appearing the exam.
- Go through the instructions carefully before attempting the answers.
HNGU Exam Admit Card
The HNGU March-June Admit Card will release a week before the examination. Candidates can download the hall ticket from its official website- ngu.ac.in. Candidates who have submitted the HNGU Exam Form can download the admit card. However, to download the Hall Ticket, you need to submit your Examination Roll Number/Registration Number and Password.
The HNGU Exam Admit Card 2025 is a mandatory document that a candidate has to carry to the examination hall. It serves as an Identity Proof to the candidates who are appearing the exam. Students who fail to bring the Hall Ticket PDF will not be eligible to appear the exam.
