Haryana B.Tech Admission Dates 2018

The application form for Haryana B.Tech admission 2018 was made active from the 10th May 2018. The registration for round 2 has been closed now. Interested candidates can apply for the same and attend the counselling. Final dates related to the application form is provided in the table below

Haryana B.Tech Application Form 2018

Step by step guide to register and fill up the Haryana B.Tech application form is provided below. There are total six steps which applicants need to follow carefully during application form filling

Step 1: Payment of application fee

Candidates, at first, need to pay counselling fees of Rs 500 in online mode (debit card/credit card/net banking) and offline mode (by downloading E-challan and paying at any designated bank branches of Punjab National Bank or Axis Bank bank branch). The amount to be paid is same in both the modes. The fee is non -refundable.

Note: The amount is 200/- for KM, TFW & HGST Category.

Step 2: Registration

After successfully paying the application fee, the candidate need to register themselves by entering the following details

NOTE: After filling the above details, candidates must review it once and make any changes if required. After verifying the details filled, candidates can click on the “next” button to proceed further.

Step 3: Filling the application form

The filling up of application form is followed by registration. Candidates need to enter their personal details, academic qualification and corresponding address which is mentioned below

NOTE 1: After this, the candidate will be redirected to “Registration Confirmation” page where all entered registration details are displayed for confirmation once again. If you found any detail incorrect, that can be corrected by using the option “edit registration details” otherwise “Click here to continue”, if all the registration details shown are correct.

NOTE 2: After submitting details, a user ID and password will be generated and same will be sent to the registered Email ID. Kindly note down the user ID and password as it will be required for future reference.

Step 4: Uploading of documents

The candidate (KM, TFW & HGST) shall upload his/her recent passport size Colored Photograph (JPG File Max. 30KB Size) and Specimen Signature (JPG File Max. 20KB Size) on the online application form.

Step 5: Print out of the confirmation page

After the payment of the examination fee, the duly filled application fee will be displayed on the website. The candidates must download and take the printout of the same for future use.

Step 6: Choice filling and locking

Candidate will log in the with User ID/ Password to fill his/ her choice of college and stream. Registration confirmation is necessary for choice filling. Candidate can also see his/her eligible choices and can take the print out of his/her Choices. After filling the choices, Candidate will lock his/ her choices. Locking choices mean candidate finally filled his/ her choice.
