Gujarat University Admission 2021 for UG and PG courses will be available soon. The university has released the exam form for the June 2021 exam. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can get admission to affiliated colleges of Gujarat University. The University does not conduct any entrance exam except for B.Ed Admission (both UG and PG Courses). However, for other courses, the admission of the candidates is done on the basis of the 10+2 marks and other eligibility conditions. Hence, the University of Gujarat will release a Merit List based on which, the further process will take place.

Gujarat University Admission Process- PIN, Registration

The Admission Process of Gujarat University starts with requiring a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can get these numbers at Gujarat University Help Centers. So, to start with the registration, you will have to enter the required details such as name, mobile number, e-mail id, etc. Soon after the GUAC registration process, fill in the admission form. Then, upload the required documents, as per the course admission (UG and PG). The duly filled application along with the documents has to be submitted at the concerned documents. Later, based on the details and 10+2 marks, a Merit List will be prepared. Lastly, the shortlisted candidates have to visit the allotted center for Document Verification and Counselling.

Gujarat University Eligibility Criteria 2021

The Eligibility Criteria is the most important factor in the admission process. This includes age, academic qualifications, nationality, etc. However, the eligibility criteria of Gujarat University vary for each Course Program.

Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat UG Course Admission

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized Board/University (Gujarat Board/CBSE/Council of Indian School Certificate Examination New Delhi/ NIOS/ Internal School Board)
• Candidates who have passed the qualifying exam from any other state are also eligible.
• If the candidate has passed the exam from any other board, other than Gujarat Board/CBSE, then he/she has to submit a Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) from Gujarat University, before registration.
• Students who have studied English and are from English Medium Schools are eligible for admission. However, for students who haven’t studied English as a subject in 10+2 will have to produce a certificate that he has passed from an English Medium School.

Post Graduate Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed UG from a recognized university.
• Candidates who have passed from any other University other than Gujarat University will have to submit a PEC.

Gujarat GUAC University Application Form 2021

The Application Form will be available in the first week of May 2021. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria are eligible for filling the form. The mode of the Gujarat University Application Form is online. Thus, the candidates have to follow the steps that are provided below-

Application Form Procedure, Fees, and Specifications

• Visit the official website of the Gujarat University- www.gujaratuniversity.ac.in
• New Users have to register themselves by submitting their details. Also, you have to provide the PIN Number. The PIN is a 14 Digit Number.
• After the registration, fill the application form and upload the required documents (Photograph and Signature) as per the specifications.
• Select the College and Courses as per your preferences.
• Make the payment (Security Fee Deposit).
• Download and Take the Printout of the application form.

Specifications of Gujarat University Documents

• The documents (photograph and signature) must be scanned.
• The image size of the photograph must be between 10 to 50 KB, and the signature must be between 5 to 30 KB.
• The mark sheet and the Caste Certificate must be between 100 to 400 kb.
•  All other certificates must be between 100 to 400 KB.

Application Fees for Gujarat University Admission 2021

• The University does not charge any fees. However, you will have to submit a security deposit fee of Rs 5000/-.
• This has to be done after the submission or filling of the form.
• An amount of Rs 500/- will be refunded back after selection.

GUAC Exam Form for Semester Students

To appear the semester exam, candidates have to fill and submit the Gujarat University Exam Form. To fill the exam form, candidates have to submit their Registration and semester details. The cost of the form is Rs 25/- for Regular students. Candidates have to download the enrollment form and submit at the University.

Gujarat University Hall Ticket 2021

• The UG/PG Hall Ticket will be available for Gujarat B.Ed Entrance Exam.
• The Admit Card will be available a week before the date of the exam.
• Candidates who have submitted the form will be eligible to download the Gujarat University Hall Ticket.
• However, to download the admit card, you will have to provide your Registration number and Password.
• Candidates must carry their Gujarat B.Ed Hall Ticket and Photo Identity Proof to the exam, as it is a mandatory document.

The step by step process to download the semester hall ticket for B.A/BSc/M.A/MBA Courses (Regular/External) is as follows-

For Regular Candidates

• Visit the Website or click on this link
• Enter Course Name/Semester, college code, and password
• Then click on the download link.

For External Candidates

• Click on the admit card link
• Enter course name, enrollment number, and name
• Download the admit card.

Gujarat University UG and PG Result

• The University will declare the result in the form of a merit list.
• The Gujarat University Admission Result will have the names of the students who have been selected for the further admission process.
• The Gujarat University Merit List Result will be available online.
• If a candidate is selected, then the name of the candidate and the allotted college will be displayed on the list. Otherwise, the seat will remain vacant.

Gujarat University Semester Exam Result

The University releases the result of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Semester Exams. The Nov 2019 Semester Exam result is now available. Candidates can download the result from the website. The Gujarat Semester Result contains the Enrollment Roll Number, College Code, Center, Name of the student, Internal and External Marks.

The Gujarat BSc, B.A, MBA, etc Merit List will be released in the first week of May 2020. The University releases separate merit list pdf for each category and courses. Candidates can check the Merit List pdf on the official website.

How to Check Gujarat University Merit List?

• To check the merit list, candidates have to visit the official website – gujaratuniversity.ac.in
• Then, select the admission from the drop-down under the student’s section.
• Click on the “Online Admission Tab”
• Select the program applied, and then select the respective merit list pdf.
• Download and take the printout of the merit list.

Gujarat University.org Counselling

The counselling process of Gujarat university is the final process of admission. Candidates whose name is on the merit list will be eligible for the counselling. These candidates have to reach the Help Center of the University. Hence, the mode of counseling will take offline. Thus, after the declaration of the final merit list and the allotment list, candidates have to deposit the fees. Furthermore, the students have to report the center along with the documents.
