BCECE Counselling Date 2020

Here, we are providing the BCECE stream-wise counselling dates for all streams. Candidates can check the  BCECE Counselling schedule given in this article. According to the counselling date, candidates have to report to the counselling centre. The official dates are provided below for counselling.

With the provisional BCECE 2020 allotment letter, candidates have to report to the specific institute for handwriting verification. During the BCECE 2020 Counselling, the authority has the handwriting verification of the candidates on the premise that whether the handwriting on the OMR sheets matches with that of the candidate or not. Those who are successful in this round of verification then have to proceed with the BCECE Counselling Procedure and document verification.

BCECE Counselling Procedure 2020

In order to enroll in the BCECE counselling, candidates must check the counselling process of BCECE.

Step 1: Registration

Candidates have to register themselves for BCECE 2020 counselling session by entering details like:

  • BCECE 2020 roll number
  • The name of the candidate
  • Date of birth and
  • Father’s name

Candidates then have to set a password and after registration, enter details like address, mobile number, and security question.

Step 2: Choice Filling

After registration, eligible candidates have to log in to their account and the following information will be displayed on the screen:

  • Registration details
  • Available choices
  • Fill choices
  • Display filled choices
  • Change the password and
  • provisional allotment letter

After filling and locking the choices preference-wise, candidates have to take a print out of the same.

Step 3: Seat allotment

Students can check the seat allotment in the online mode. Go through the points given below.

  • The seats are allotted based on the choices submitted by the candidate, the merit of the student, and the availability of seats in that particular institution
  • Authority sends a provisional allotment letter to the candidate which contain all the details about the counselling venue and the candidate have to take a print out of the same

Step 4: Handwriting Verification

During BCECE Counselling, the candidates who qualify for the exam have to undergo verification of handwriting.

  • Authority check whether the handwriting on the OMR sheet of the candidate matches the sample writing of the candidates or not
  • After checking the authenticity, the candidate is given the final seat allotment letter

Step 5: Final Seat Allotment

Candidates have to log in to their account to check if they have been sent the final seat allotment letter. (The Allotment letter will contain the details of the allotted institute and details regarding the counselling venue where document verification takes place and applicants have to pay the tuition fees to confirm their admission.)

Step 6: Document Verification and Payment of fees

As the final step of the BCECE counselling procedure, candidates have to report to the allotted institute with all the required documents for verification.

  • Candidates must carry a set of original documents along with a set of photocopies of these documents on the day of document verification.
  • The candidates have to pay the tuition fee at the specific institute to confirm their admission.

BCECE 2020 Counselling Instructions

  • Candidates have to first fill the form that will be available during the BCECE counselling 2020 on its official site.
  • Every candidate who is participating in the BCECE counselling must make sure to take a print out of the form that they have filled for choice filling. This form will be required during counselling.
  • Candidates must bring a set of original as well as photocopies of documents listed above.
  • Seat allocation and interview will be held at the assigned center by BCECE Board.
