BCECE Counselling Dates 2018: After the results have been announced and the cut-off released, the counselling procedure will begin. The BCECE Counselling 2018 will start tentatively in the 4th week of July 2018. All the candidates whose names appear on the merit list will be called for counselling. Qualified candidates need to first register for counselling of BCECE 2018. During registration, candidates have to enter their preferred course and college combination. The  BCECE 2018 seat allotment will be done on the basis of this choice made by the candidate. After the seats have been allotted, candidates have to take a print out of the provisional allotment letter that will carry all the essential seat allotment details. With the provisional BCECE 2018 allotment letter, candidates have to report to the specific institute for handwriting verification. During the BCECE Counselling, handwriting verification of the candidates will be tested on the premise that whether the handwriting on the OMR sheets matches with that of the candidate or not. Those who are successful in this round of verification will then have to proceed with the BCECE Counselling Procedure and documents verification.

BCECE Counselling Schedule

BCECE Counselling Procedure 2018

  1. Registration – Candidates have to register themselves for BCECE 2018 counselling session by entering details like roll number, the name of the candidate, date of birth and father’s name. Candidates then have to set a password and after registration, enter details like address, mobile number, and security question.
  2. Choice Filling – After registration, eligible candidates have to log in to their account and the following information will be displayed on the screen: registration details, available choices, fill choices, display filled choices, change the password and provisional allotment letter. After filling and locking the choices preference-wise, candidates have to take a print out of the same.
  3. Seat allotment – students will be able to check the seat allotment in the online mode. The seats will be allotted based on the choices submitted by the candidate, the merit of the student and availability of seats of that particular institution. A provisional allotment letter will be sent to the candidate which will contain all the details about the counselling venue and the candidate have to take a print out of the same.
  4. Handwriting Verification – During BCECE Counselling, qualified candidates have to undergo verification of handwriting where it will be checked that whether the handwriting on the OMR sheet of the candidate matches with the sample writing given by him/her. After checking the authenticity, the candidate will be given the final seat allotment letter.
  5. Final Seat Allotment – Candidates have to log in to their account to check if they have been sent the final seat allotment letter. The Allotment letter will contain the details of allotted institute and details regarding the counselling venue where document verification will take place and applicants have to pay the tuition fees to confirm their admission.
  6. Document verification and Payment of fees – As the final step of the BCECE counselling procedure, candidates have to report to the allotted institute with all the required documents for verification. A set of original documents along with a set of photocopies of these documents should be carried by the candidate on the day of document verification. A tuition fee has to be paid at the specified institute to confirm the admission.
