Change of Marks due to Verification
- In case the scores in the qualifying examination are modified due to verification and the same is duly certified by the concerned University or Competent Authority, the same has to be reported to the Competent Authority or University for admission through CAP or its designated representatives immediately. However, it must be noted that the effect of such change is taken into consideration only for the subsequent rounds of admission.

- If letter grades are assigned at SSC, HSC Degree, Diploma or its equivalent examination, the candidate should submit the certificate of conversion of letter grades into marks from the competent authority at the time of submission of the Application Form. The eligibility will be decided on the basis of equivalent marks
- If the candidates reappear for the qualifying examination with all subjects then the marks obtained in the latest examination will be considered
- The scores will be considered on the basis of which the Class of Degree is awarded by the respective University or Board
- The percentage of marks will be calculated by rounding off to the nearest integer
