Assam CEE Eligibility Criteria 2020
Aspirants who desire to apply for the exam have to fulfill a certain set of requirements. These sets of requirements are known as Assam CEE 2020 eligibility criteria. Candidates who fail to fulfill these requirements will not be allowed to apply for the exam and in addition, their candidature will get cancelled. The candidate must hold the citizenship of India.
An individual must be a permanent resident of Assam
Students must be not more than 21 years and less than 17 years as on 1st August 2020. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST category will be given 3 years of relaxation while B.Sc graduates will be given 1-year relaxation.
The candidates must have qualified 12th standard or equivalent from any of the recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects
General category candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate while candidates belonging to SC and ST category must have a minimum aggregate of 45% and 40% respectively.
Assam CEE Application Form 2020
The eligible candidates have to apply by filling the Assam CEE Application Form 2020. The form will be available only via online mode in the 1st week of March 2020. Applicants need to fill personal, educational and communication details in the application form. Along with these important details, candidates also have to upload scanned documents in the application form of Assam CEE 2020 such as images of photograph and signature. These documents must be in the precise format as prescribed by the Assam Science and Technical University. The state-level committee will be responsible for organizing the counselling in offline mode in the month of July.
