Bar Council of India has released the schedule of AIBE 2020. All India Bar Examination (AIBE 12) is an India wide examination conducted by Bar Council of India (BCI). It is conducted to test an advocate’s capability to practice law as a profession in India. It tests a candidate’s basic knowledge and analytical abilities of law. The AIBE is conducted twice a year. On passing the examination, the candidate shall be awarded a “certificate of Practice” by the BCI. The examination is an open book exam and is conducted in 40 cities across India and in 11 languages to choose from. One must score 40% in the exam to be awarded the certificate of practice. It is a minimum necessity to practice law in India.

In order to take this examination, the candidates will have to fill an application form. The form will be made available from the official website of the authority. The authority will be releasing the AIBE 12 Admit Card a few days after the submission of the application form. AIBE 12 Application Form 2020
The application form of AIBE has been released on 16th May 2020. The Bar Council of India is responsible for the admission process. The candidates, who wish to fill the AIBE Application Form 2020 must satisfy the eligibility condition. While one is filling the application form, he/ she should make sure that he/ she is filling all the correct details. After filling in the AIBE 12 Application Form 2020, the candidates will have to pay the required amount of fee. One can pay the fee through Challan. After doing the same, the candidates will have to upload the required documents. While uploading the documents, the applicant should make sure that the size of the same is as per the prescribed criteria. Without completing all these steps, the candidate will not be able to submit the form.

AIBE 12 Application Fees
The candidate will have to pay the fee while submitting the application form. Without the application fee, one will not be able to submit the form. Check the complete fee criteria from the table below:

AIBE 12 Eligibility Criteria
Before the candidate submits the application form, he/ she must run an eye upon the eligibility criterion and make sure that he/ she is eligible enough as per the specified criteria. Any candidate who is ineligible will not be able to submit the form. The complete criteria of eligibility are:
Nationality
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Academic Qualification
- The candidate must have an L.L.B Degree from any institute recognized by the BCI.
- They had to get enrolled as an advocate with a state bar council in order to appear for AIBE.
- Candidates with an LLB degree that was awarded before 2009-2010 need not appear for AIBE in order to practice law.
AIBE 12 Admit Card 2020
The admit card of AIBE 12 will get issued on the website of the authority. The candidates, who submit the application form successfully will be able to download the admit card. The AIBE 12 Admit Card 2020 will be released tentatively in the month of April 2020. The admit card is one of the most crucial documents that are to be brought at the centre of the examination. Without the admit card, no candidate will be allowed to sit in the test. There will be many details present on the admit card of AIB 12. The candidate, after downloading the hall ticket, must make sure that all the details are correct. Any kind of discrepancy must immediately be reported to the authority.

AIBE 12 Answer Key 2020
The answer key of AIBE 12 will be released by the Bar Council of India. The authority will release the answer key expectedly in the month of June 2020. The answer key will help the candidate in the evaluation of their performance in the entrance exam. Candidates will be required to cross-check the answers that they mentioned and the answers that are in the Answer key. Kindly note that the authority releases the answer key in a PDF Format.
AIBE 12 Result
The Result of AIBE shall be declared on the official website. One has to score a minimum of 40% to be qualified in the examination. The qualified candidates shall be awarded a “Certificate of Practice” by Bar Council of India (BCI) which is mandatory for anybody who aspires to practice law in India.
