PMB Karnataka 2020

The Man Power Committee constituted by the Govt. of Karnataka has emphasized that there is an acute shortage of Para Medical personnel in our State. Taking this into consideration the State Govt. has constituted this Board in the year 1997 to control and to conduct the Para Medical Courses.

The Para Medical Board formed by the Government of Karnataka is having overall control over the Govt. and Pvt. Institutions running Para Medical Courses in the State. The main functions of the Board are a grant affiliation, regulate admissions, and control the functioning of Institutions running Para Medical courses with respect to importing quality education programs and conduction examinations.

Karnataka PMB Examinations Details

The examinations to the candidates of Para Medical courses shall be conducted by the Para Medical Board. The Board examinations shall be conducted in accordance with the scheme of examination drawn for each subject.

There shall be two examinations in a year, i.e., Annual and Supplementary Examinations, and shall be conducted by the Para Medical Board. Regular Internal assessment is conducted by the concerned colleges. The Board examinations shall consist of written, practical, and viva examinations as specified in the scheme of examination prescribed for each course.

The internal assessment must be conducted by the concerned colleges at least twice in a year and the marks list containing the average of these two internal assessments shall be submitted to the Board well before the commencement of the Board examination by the Principal of the concerned college. Internal marks received after the stipulated date is not be considered.

The Member Secretary is empowered to appoint the qualified examiners in the respective subject for paper setting, conduction of Practicals, and other such required personnel for smooth conduction of Examinations in consultation with the Chairman of the Board. The remuneration to all those who have been engaged with the examination work shall be paid as fixed by the Board from time to time.

PMB Revaluation Result 2020 & Retotaling of Marks

There is revaluation or provision to issue the xerox copy of any answer books of any subjects. Candidates can apply for re-totaling by paying Rs. 200/- per subject (non-refundable) to the Board in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Chairman, Para-Medical Board”.

The valued answer scripts shall be preserved up to six months or till the Board’s next examination and then destroyed. Fees for Revaluation- Rs. 1000/- per subject (non-refundable). Furthermore, every candidate that appeared for the Board’s examination is issued Marks Card duly signed by the Chairperson as well as the Member Secretary.

Issue of Duplicate Mark Card of PMB Result Karnataka

A duplicate Marks Card shall be issued to the candidate making an application through the Head of the respective Institution in the prescribed form and on payment of Rs. 300/- provided the Board is satisfied with the explanation given by the candidate that the original Marks Card has been lost or damaged and the same is attested by the Head of the Institution in which he/she has studied. Further, there is no provision to issue the consolidated marks card.

The Application for duplicate marks card should be accompanied by an affidavit certified by a Notary / Judge on a judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- with a copy of acknowledgment obtained by the Police station for having lodged the complaint about the loss of the Marks card / Certificate.

PMB Karnataka Diploma Certificates Result 2020

Candidates shall be eligible to obtain their Diploma Certificates directly from the Board only after:

1. Successful completion of the prescribed Diploma in Para Medical Course
2. Submission of the attested copies of the marks cards of the previous examinations
3. Moreover, two passport size photographs of the candidate
4. Rs. 300/- as certificate fee per candidate payable to the Board in the form of DD.

The Diploma Certificate has the signatures of the Chairperson and Member Secretary of the Para Medical Board.

How to get Duplicate Result of PMB Result 2020 Annual Exam

How to Issue a Transfer Certificate?

After the Karnataka paramedical Annual Exam Result has been released on the pmbkarnataka.org result. There is no provision to issue a Transfer Certificate to any candidate who completes Diploma successfully unless or otherwise he /she intends to pursue higher studies based on Diploma Certificate issued by this Board.
