- Overall the paper was easy to moderate.
- Physics and Maths were easy to moderate with average questions
- The chemistry was easy but had a few tough organic questions.
- NCERT-based questions were asked. Some students found the paper to be a bit difficult as compared to other shifts.

Exam Analysis of JEE Main 25th Feb 2025 (Shift I)

- The chemistry section was quite easy, whereas the Maths section was a bit tough.
- The physics section was moderate. 1 to 2 question was asked from the polytropic process.

JEE Main 24th Feb 2025 (Shift II) Analysis
The second shift of 24th Feb 2025 was easy to moderate. The chemistry section had a few tricky questions.
- There were questions from s-block and inorganic chemistry.
- 3 questions in the Chemistry section was from solutions and organic name reactions while there was also one question from Flame Test.
- two questions were asked from the semiconductor.
- Questions from modern physics, current electricity & thermodynamics, SHM were also asked.
- No questions were asked from ray optics.
- Chemistry paper was moderate and had an equal number of physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry questions.
- Maths section was moderate. Few questions were lengthy. Questions were asked from matrices, determinants, permutations and combinations.
- Overall the paper was moderate.
NTA JEE Main 24th February 2025(Shift-I) Exam Analysis
- Most of the candidates found the paper easy to moderate.
- The physics section was very easy.
- The chemistry section was a bit tough compared to other sections. In chemistry questions covered chapters including chemical bonding, coordination compounds. Heat and thermodynamics had more weightage.
- Inorganic chemistry had mostly questions from NCERT.
- Questions were mostly asked from ray optics, and the young-double slit experiment.
- Numerical questions were lengthy but easy to solve.
- Theory-based questions from class 12 chapters of NCERT were asked.
- Calculus had maximum questions.
- The maximum weightage of questions was from class 12th Maths and Chemistry.
- Direct questions were asked from Chemical Kinetics, Surface chemistry.
- Three questions were asked from the Probability chapter.
- Two to three questions were asked from co-ordinate geometry.
- One question was asked from the Binomial theorem.

JEE Main 23rd (Phase I) Exam Question Paper (Solved)
NTA JEE Main B.Arch Paper Analysis (Shift-I and II)
The first shift of the exam was held from 9 am to 12 pm. Around 60, 443 candidates have opted to write the B.Arch paper in English. 993 candidates have chosen to write in Hindi, and 1629 candidates have chosen to write the paper in other languages. Paper 2 (BArch, B. Planning) is taking place at 437 exam centres.
JEE Main Shift II Paper Analysis
- Students from Kota found the mathematics section was a bit tough. It was found to be lengthy.
- Maximum questions were asked from Trigonometry.
- The aptitude section was easy. The drawing section was moderate.
- The COVID-19 instructions were nicely followed. Sanitisers were provided in the centre.
Students from the Udaipur test centre found the overall paper easy to moderate. Aptitude was a bit tough. COVID-19 rules were followed strictly. The drawing section was moderate.
jee B.Arch shift I analysis
- The paper was easy to moderate according to the experts.
- The Maths section was easier as compared to last year.
- The Maths (Part I) section had 20 MCQs, and 10 NATs, out of which 5 questions had to be attempted.
- The aptitude test was quite tough. It has a mix of questions which easy, moderate, and difficult. Hence, the section was tougher than Maths.
- Students were happy with the optional questions provided in the Maths sections.

JEE Main Important Information for February session
The NTA had started the exam for B.Arch (1st shift) on 23rd Feb 2025. The exam concludes at 12 pm. On 24th Feb, the JEE Main B.Tech exam starts in two shifts. The shift timings are- 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. Here’s what the applicants need to know before appearing in the exam.
What to carry to the exam?
Candidates have to carry the following items to the exam.
- Hall Ticket of JEE Main
- self-declaration form (filled and unsigned)
- passport size photograph
- transparent ballpoint pen
- photo-id proof
- sanitiser and face mask. Maintain social distancing
- transparent water bottle
- PWD certificate
- sugar-based food for diabetic students.
What to wear to the exam?
Candidates (both male and female) must take care of the following things-
- The clothes must be light-coloured.
- It should have no or fewer buttons.
- Students must not wear any accessories such as sunglasses, earrings, neckpieces etc.
- The neckline must be simple. It should not have any embellishments.
- The shoes must have thin soles.
- Candidates wearing religious clothes must reach the centre before the reporting date.
JEE Main Students taking the help of the scribe
- NTA provides the facility of the scribe in case a candidate belonging to the PWD category.
- The scribe is to be certified by a CMO or Civil Surgeon or Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution. However, as a measure of caution and due to the prevailing circumstances of COVID -19 Pandemic, such candidate is required to bring his/her own scribe along with an undertaking.
- The time duration for the scribe taking students in three hours. These candidates are given a compensation of 1 hour) to write the exam.
