  • The University offers limited attempts to qualify the exam. For, ST/SC Category, the minimum number of attempts is three. Whereas, for other communities, the maximum number of attempts is two.
  • The minimum age limit of the student must be 21 years on the first day of July 2020 of the academic year. However, there is no age limit for TNAU Admission.

TNAU Application Form 2025

The University releases the TNAU UG and PG Application Form in the first week of June 2025. Students can apply to the link provided on the official website. The mode of the application form is online. The University also offers the facility for application form correction. To fill in the TNAU Admission Form, candidates must provide correct such as Educational details, personal details, etc.

The link of the application form will be available for a limited period of time, therefore, make sure that you submit the form before the due date. No refunds will be done on the cancellation of the TNAU Online Form.

Documents Required While Filling the Application Form

Before you start filling the TNAU Registration Form, make sure that you keep all the information ready. So, here is the list of information that is required while filling the Admission Form.

TNAU Application Form Fees

  • The application form fees for UG Courses (General Category) is Rs 600/- and for SC/ST/SA is Rs 300/-.
  • The TNAU PG Application Form Fees is Rs 1000/- (General Category), and Rs 500/- for SC/ST/SA Category.

TNAU Admit Card 2025

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Admit Card 2025 releases a few days before the date of the exam. Students who have submitted the application form can download the admit card from the official website. However, to download TNAU Hall Ticket, submit your Registration Number and Password.

The Hall Ticket carries all the details of the candidate and examination such as Date, Exam Date and Time, Shift, Course details, Instructions etc. The admit card if tnau.ac.in is a mandatory document that the candidate has to carry to the exam. Make sure that you carry to three copies of the admit card to the exam along with your Identity Proof. No candidate will be allowed to appear the exam without the Admit Card.

The Exam Pattern of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Test is as follows-

The Rank List of the UG Program Courses will be done on the basis of the merit list. The calculation of the rank is given as per below-

TNAU 2025 Counselling

Candidates whose names are on the merit list will have to appear the counselling round. The TNAU Counselling process will take place soon after the declaration of the TNAU Merit List Result. However, to appear in the counseling round, the students have to register themselves and provide the college preferences before the due date and time. Once the choices are submitted, you can download the allotment letter and make the payment of the counselling fees.

The TNAU 2025 Counselling Fees for Other Category is Rs 2000 and for reserved category is Rs 1000/-. After the counselling registration, the applicant has to visit the venue for the document verification. The details of the counselling will be available on the tnau.ac.in seat allotment letter.
