Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP)

Candidates who want to pursue BE/ B.Tech and B.Arch programmes have to appear in this test. Those who have qualified JEE Main will be preferred for the REAP process. Admission to BHMCT Programme is completely merit-based.
RTU-CAM
Candidates interested in M.Tech and M.Arch have to go through RTU-CAM. RTU entrance exam is granted on the basis of marks obtained in BE/ B. Tech or equivalent degrees followed by centralized admission for M.Tech/ M.Arch. GATE Exam score holders will also be eligible to apply for the RTU CAM process in order to sec.

Eligibility Criteria of RTU Admission

MBA
The candidate must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in the graduation degree in any stream. For candidates belonging to SC/ ST community need 45% marks.
For other courses, candidates are required to have 50% marks in graduation. The candidate must complete his 10+2 degree with physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Students fro SC/ ST has been given relaxation of up to 5%. They need 45% aggregate marks in graduation. Candidates applying for Ph.D. programmes need to have a post-graduation degree. They need to complete PG with 55% of marks from the respective or related fields. For the reserved category, the candidate needs to have 505 aggregate marks in PG.
Apart from graduation marks, the candidate needs to qualify for the respective entrance test conducted by the university for the admission process. Cut off can vary from courses to courses. Those who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
RTU REAP Application Process 2025
- Candidates who are eligible to apply for REAP 2025 will have to submit the application form. The RTU application form will release on the official website. To apply candidates will have to fill and submit them along with the payment and application fee before the last date.
- The cost of the REAP 2025 Online Application or Registration form is Rs 700/-. Candidates can pay the Application fee for REAP 2025 online through the REAP 2025 Web portal. Only online payment is accepted. Candidates can use the Net Banking/ Debit Card / Credit card? E-Mitra Kiosk.
REAP 2025: Counselling
The seat will be allotted to students and the list will be available on the REAP official website. Log in with your REAP ID and password. You will find the allotment letter issued by the university. It will not be sent to Mail or by post. So keep looking at the website given.
Documents for REAP Counselling 2025
Candidates will have to show all the original documents, certificates, and receipt or registration and application fee form. Candidate must carry Seat Allotment Letter issued by the website. A photocopy of all the documents needs to be submitted. Candidates shall carry the following documents at the time of reporting to the allotted institute:
- Printout of provisional seat allotment letter from the REAP 2025 web portal using login details.
- Passport-sized photographs
- Aadhaar Card
- JEE Mains 2025 (paper 1) rank card (if applicable)
- Mark sheets of qualifying exams
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of category (SC/ ST/ OBC/ MBC/ EWS) if applicable.
- Certificate for Persons with Disabilities
- Domicile Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- The fee to be deposited at the institute
REAP 2025 Special Counselling
In the counselling round conducted by the university, seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of the merit list released. It is mandatory for a candidate to report for the counselling round. Otherwise, their admission will be canceled.
There would be three main rounds. One special round would be in August 2025. Those candidates who have not reported in the counselling process after allotment of seats are not eligible for ‘upward movement’. Out of Rajasthan Candidates are not eligible for “upward movement”.
REAP Merit List 2025
The merit list will be prepared by the university. The rank of JEE Main and class 12th marks/ percentage will determine your position on merit last. A combined merit list will prepared on the basis of Merit List 1 and Merit List 2. Allotment of seats will be done on the basis of candidates’ choice and his/ her rank in the merit list.
