The application form is available from 14th March 2019 by the Admission Authority in online mode on the official website of the University. Candidates must fill the form with accurate and relevant details and submit it on or before the last date of submission in order to avoid rejection. The counseling procedure will commence only for the qualified applicants in which seats will be allotted to them and during the procedure, verification will be conducted so candidates are advised to carry their original documents with them.

Nirma University Admission Criteria 2019
Nirma University Admission 2019 will be offered to only the eligible applicant. Candidates who desire to take admission in the university must fulfill the eligibility criteria. The eligible applicant needs to follow the below criteria:
- Aspirants must have studied Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects in 12th standard or equivalent exam with Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer/ Vocational Subjects.
- The candidate must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% in class 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board. The SC/ST category candidates must have secured 40%.
- For getting admission in Nirma University candidates must have appeared in JEE Main 2019 or GUJCET 2019.
- Around 50% seats will be reserved for qualified applicants of GUJCET 2019 but these applicants need to apply separately through ACPC or GOG and the eligibility criteria will be given by the ACPC.
- 35% seat is reserved under Al India Seats for candidates who have cleared their class 12th from the recognized board within the state of Gujarat with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and also have appeared for JEE Main 2019.
- The remaining 15% seats are reserved for the NRI candidates.
Nirma University Application Form 2019
Candidates must take a look over the eligibility criteria before they sit to fill Nirma University Application Form 2019. Institute of Technology has released the application form on 14th March 2019. To fill the form applicants should hit the official website, fill the details required in the form and submit it on or before the last date of submission. The application form is available in online mode only. Filling up of an application form requires following some simple steps which are elaborated below:
Step 1 – Registration and Login
Applicants need to register themselves before filling up Nirma University Application Form 2019 by entering their valid email id and then the institute will send a password to the applicant on this id. Using this email id and password, candidates need to log in and select the institute and programme of their choice and category in which they fall and then they need to click on “Apply” button.
Step 2 – Filling up Details
Now the candidate needs to fill the information asked in the form regarding their personal, parental, educational, communication details. These details provided by the candidate must be relevant and accurate otherwise it will result in cancellation of form. Applicants will be given a chance to improve their mistakes in the near future by the exam conducting body for a very short period only.
Step 3 – Uploading of Scanned Documents
In this step, applicants need to upload the scanned images of photograph and signatures in the format specified by the exam conducting body. Aspirants also need to upload the scanned image of JEE Main 2019 Admit Card.

Step 4 – Submission of Form
On completing the application form with required details and documents, candidates have to submit the form on or before the last date of submission i.e in the second week of June 2019. Candidates must confirm the details before submitting the form as wrong information provided can lead to rejection of form.
Step 5 – Payment of Application Fee
After submitting the form, candidates have to pay a fee for Nirma University 2019 Application form which can be paid only via online mode through Net banking or Credit/Debit Card. The fee needs to be paid for completing the Application process which will result in generating Admit card for Nirma University Admission 2019. Nirma University Merit List 2019
Nirma University Merit List 2019 can be downloaded from the first week of June 2019. The merit list will be prepared by the authorities of the university as per the ACPC guidelines which will be completely based on the merit. To check and view the Merit List 2019 of Nirma University, candidates need to visit the official website and click on Merit List link. After clicking on the link, applicants must enter their valid email address and password which will eventually lead to an opening of the merit list of Nirma University Admission 2019. Now the candidate can check the list and then download it.
Nirma University Counseling 2019
The Institute of Technology will commence Nirma University Counseling 2019 in offline mode from the third week of July 2019. The counseling procedure will be conducted for the qualified candidates and it will take place in two rounds. In the first round, seats will be allotted to applicants on the basis of programmes filled with their choice and availability of seats whereas in the second round applicants will be allotted seats in case if there will be any vacant seat left. After both these rounds candidates will be offered admission to the university for which they need to carry their original documents with them. The counseling procedure of Nirma University Admission 2019 will include steps like selecting the programmes according to the candidate’s preference, modification and locking of the selection made, seat allotment, payment of fees, verification of documents and reporting at the University within the defined timeline.
