The last date to edit the application form is 19th November 2020. The application form is not be made available in any other mode. Thus, the students will have to submit it in online mode only. NEET MDS 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The students must check the eligibility criteria before applying for NEET MDS Exam. It is compulsory for all to satisfy the eligibility conditions. In addition, the applications of students who do not satisfy the conditions will get rejected. Therefore, to avoid inconvenience, you should check out the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Further, the eligibility criteria set by the exam conducting body is as follows:
- The applicant should have a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Wherein, the certificate should have been awarded by an institute, which is registered with the State Dental Council.
- In addition, the students should have completed a one-year internship from a recognized dental institute.
- Further, the applicant must not be less than 20 years of age.
- Moreover, the students who are pursuing their UG courses are also eligible to apply for the offered course. But they complete their internship program before March 2020. Such students will have to submit their internship letter, wherein the joining and closing date must be mentioned. If the student will not submit this certificate, then their application will be rejected.
- The candidates belonging to the state of Jammu & Kashmir, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, etc will not be eligible for 50% All India Quota Seats.
Furthermore, the University has given an exemption for the Internship for the candidates from the below category-
- Candidates who have completed their UG before 1989.
- The applicants who have completed their 41/2 Years of UG Program including a mandatory Internship Program.
- In addition, the students who have completed their 5 years of Under Graduate Program in Rajah Muthiah Dental College, Annamalai University in the year- 2006-07.
How To Fill NBE NEET MDS Online Application Form 2025?
As mentioned above, the students will have to visit the NBE Website to fill the form. Some of the students may face difficulty while filling the online form. Hence, the step by step procedure to fill and submit the NBE MDS Registration Form is mentioned below. Note that the form will be available for a limited period of time. Therefore, ensure that you submit the form before the due date. Furthermore, the steps to submit the form are as follows:
Online Registration:
The link to register will be provided in this article. Candidates will have to mention their Name, DOB, Gender, Nationality, Email Address, and Mobile Number to register successfully. Wherein, the email address and phone number that you will provide should be valid. As the authorities will further contact you through the provided contact details only. Furthermore, in case any of the students have provided incorrect details and do not receive notifications, then the authorities cannot be blamed for the same. Candidates should further keep the registration ID and password safe, as you will require it to login further.
Filling NEET MDS Form:
After completing the registration process, login by entering ID and password and start filling the form. Candidates’ should fill in the form carefully as they will not be able to edit certain fields during the application correction process. Further, the provided information will be used for the entire admission process.
Select Exam City:
The students will further have to choose the exam city. Wherein, the exam centre will be allotted to the student as per the entered choice. Thus, ensure that you choose the option carefully. The list of cities in which the entrance exam will be conducted is given below. Candidates need to choose one out of those only. Note that the exam centre will not be changed after the release of the admit card.
Upload Documents:
The students then need to upload the asked documents. Wherein, you must upload documents in accordance with the specifications prescribed by the authorities. The applications of candidates who will not upload the documents accordingly will get rejected. Thus, do take care that the file format and file size is accurate.

Application Fee:
After uploading the documents, the next step is to make a payment for the application. Candidates will be able to pay the fee through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card. Furthermore, do submit the fee before the due date. Otherwise, you will not be able to submit your application form. In addition, do not forget to take a printout of the payment receipt.
