LPU NEST Application Form 2025: Registration for May (Started), Apply Online

LPU NEST Application Form 2025 has been released for May Session. Lovely Professional University every year conducts the National Eligibility and Scholarship Test. Participants of the test are the 12th class students who have cleared or appeared for the 12th board. It is one of the largest private scholarship tests where lakhs of students appear for the exam. The exam will appear online as per the schedule of LPU NEST 2025. This test is only for Indian applicants and is solely based on the entrance exam. The article here is focused on the B.Tech program. University wants to give the chance to every student who wants to be their part. For them, money should not be an obstacle to getting a quality education. However, willing and deserving candidates are eligible for the scholarship.

LPU NEST 2025 candidates can fill the application form online and offline. The Application form has been released. Candidates must be attentive to the dates and schedules. Students get a chance if they fail to fill the form in 1st Phase. There are 4 phases on which the scholarship exam is held. But with each passing phase, the amount of scholarship decreases.

For April Schedule and May Schedule,

• Students can appear in any one of the two schedules.
• The remotely proctored exam will be monitored live through various Artificial Intelligence tools and by the invigilators.
• There will be no option of test center-based exam in the above-mentioned Schedules.
• As a special gesture by the university, Refund Policy will also be relaxed for the applicants of the above-mentioned Schedule. Click here to know more.
• Subsequent Rounds after Round-I (as mentioned above) will be conducted, only if seats remain vacant.
• Seats falling vacant after the above-mentioned rounds will be filled on a first come first serve basis, subject to satisfying eligibility criteria as mentioned in Prospectus-2025.
• Applicants are strongly advised not to wait for the last dates as mentioned above and apply as well as book and appear for the exam at the earliest to avoid last month’s rush.
• This is the tentative schedule; any of the date(s) and other details as mentioned above is subject to change at the discretion of the University.
• No separate intimation or announcement to any applicant(s) will be given.
• Subsequent Phases of admission will be conducted if seats remain vacant.

LPU NEST Application Form Important Dates 2025

Students who are willing and eligible to fill the form must look into the dates. This is helpful in the preparation of the exam. Students must start preparing for the exam keeping the dates in mind. There are four phases of scholarship in which the Students can apply for the B.Tech programme. Given below are the important dates as per the phase.

How To Apply For The LPU NEST 2025?

In order to take part in the scholarship test, students have to fill the application form. Students can fill the application form by purchasing the LPU NEST 2025 Kit OR without purchasing the kit. Thus as per the convenience candidates can choose which mode they can apply for the scholarship. The form will be processed by Optical Mark Reader. Both the way is given below:

Purchasing LPUNEST 2025 Kit

Candidates can have the kit from the University campus /camp offices or any other prescribed place by paying cash or having the demand draft in favor of Lovely Professional University Payable at “ Jalandhar”. One can also purchase the kit form an online site i.e Flipkart.

After purchasing the kit students can fill the form through manual mode or semi online. Explain below:

Manual- Read the instruction given in the kit and fill the OMR sheet very carefully. Paste the recent passport size photograph. Have the self-attested form and send it to the address given in the kit.

Semi-online application form- The form can be filled in the following ways:

• Visit the official site of the University and fill the form.
• Upload the scanned copy of the recent passport size photograph and signature of the applicant.
• Then enter into the payment mode.
• While making a payment enter the OMR code which is given in the OMR sheet.
• Before submitting the form, check the information provided in the form is correct or not, photograph, signature and OMR Code.
• Submit the application form and save the application no. and Unique OMR code as written in the application form.
• Thus keep the user name and password safely to access the Online Slot Management System.

Note: Online Slot Management System is used to book the slot, download hall ticket, allocated slot by the University (In case students has opted that University will choose the slot then)

Without Purchasing The LPUNEST-2025 Kit

There are two ways on which candidates can fill the form without purchasing the Kit and are explained below:

Online Application with DD– The process is as follows

• Visit the official site of the University
• Find a link for the ‘LPU NEST Application Form 2025’
• Click on it and fill the required details
• After filling the application form, take the print of it in A4 size paper
• Past the recent passport size color photograph and have a signature
• Draw a demand draft of Rs 300 in favor of Lovely Professional University Payable at Jalandhar
• Enclose the application form and DD in an envelope and send it to

Online Application

• Look for LPUNEST 2025 and fill the form
• Upload the photograph and signature
• Pay the application fee through internet banking facilities such as Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
• Applicants should take the print of the form for future reference

Contact will be done through the mail and contact no., so while filing the form one must provide the valid email ID and contact no.

NOTE: LPU will not take responsibility for the incomplete information. Hence, students must be active in the procedure and act accordingly.

Process Of The LPU Application Form

While filling the LPU NEST Online form, students have to register themselves. The registration will be done by visiting the official site of the University or following the link provided in the article.

While registering following are the details asked by the University

• Email ID
• Name of the applicant
• Country
• State
• Contact no.
• Gender
• Password and confirm password

NOTE: The password can be as per the choice of the candidates. Keep it simple to access the further process.

After getting registered, candidates need to login to their account. They can log in by entering email/phone no. and password. In this way, the application form will appear in front of the screen and thus one can fill the form accordingly. The application form will be processed if the application fee is not paid. So within a given time period, one should try to pay the fee.

Application Fee

• Soft copy of LPUNEST Kit is Rs. 1000 (for Boys) and Rs. 500 (for Girls).
• Printed LPUNEST Kit is Rs. 1500 (for Boys) and Rs. 1000 (for Girls). The payment can
  be made using Online banking/Credit card/debit card / UPI.
