Calculating your score using the Answer Key of BITSAT 2019

If the exam conducting body that is BITS Pilani releases the answer key of BITSAT 2019, the candidate can use it to calculate a probable score of the examination. The answer key will carry all the correct answers to the questions asked in the examination and student must download it to tally the marks. Using the BITSAT marking scheme, candidates can mark all the correct and incorrect answers and draw down a final but probable score.

BITSAT 2019 Result

After the Exam has been concluded, and the answer key is released afterwards, the BITSAT result 2019 will be published. Candidates will be able to check their scores either on the next day of the exam or in a few days after the exam has been concluded. BITS Pilani will announce the BITSAT 2019 result in the online mode for all the candidates who have taken the exam. The BITSAT result of the candidate will contain the total marks obtained by the candidate along with the number of correct answers and wrong answers. The candidate will be required to enter their roll number to see the result. One merit list will be released for B. Pharma course and one merit list will be released for other courses.

BITSAT Previous Year Paper Analysis

BITSAT 2018 was successfully conducted on May 16, 2018. The difficulty level of paper was moderate to difficult. The paper was held in online mode. According to some students who had taken the exam on the first day of BITSAT 2018, Mathematics was the toughest section, Physics and English Proficiency & Logical Reasoning were moderate and Chemistry was the easiest one.

Mathematics: Toughest

For a majority of the students, Mathematics was the most difficult section of the exam. They found the section lengthy and questions tricky. Shonali, who appeared from Kolkata, said, “Questions were asked from every part of the syllabus, including Calculus and Trigonometry. This section was lengthy and tricky.”

Physics and English Proficiency & Logical Reasoning: Moderate

Other two sections, Physics and English Proficiency & Logical Reasoning, were rated moderate to easy level by most of the candidates. As Sunil Khanna, who appeared from an exam center in Jaipur, analyses, “Physics and English Proficiency & Logical Reasoning were of moderate to easy difficulty level for me. I found them doable within the time I allotted for them. In Physics, questions were asked, covering mainly Light, Sound and Energy sections.”

Chemistry: Easiest

As expected, students rated Chemistry as the easiest part of the paper. Candidates required less time to answer the questions in this section. Ankush, who appeared from Ranchi, says, “I was more comfortable with Chemistry part than other sections. It was easier and less time-taking than any other section. Most of the questions were asked from Organic Chemistry.”
