Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Exam (DCECE) is a state level entrance exam conducted in the state of Bihar for admissions into Diploma courses in various Polytechnic Colleges in Bihar. Bihar DCECE Application Form 2018 has been released on 16th March 2018. The last date to apply online is 14th April 2018. To apply, click on the link given below.

Correction in Application Form: The Application Form correction window shall be open from April 18 to 23, 2018. The link will be provided here. The registered applicants who have committed any mistake during application form filling can edit the form except their name and test.

DCECE is the pre-requisite test for admission to engineering and non-engineering diploma programmes in the government and private polytechnic institutions of Bihar. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is responsible to conduct DCECE 2018. DCECE, Bihar 2018 is also known as the Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam.

3. Create a “login ID” and “password” by registering yourself.
4. Fill in the application form by entering the personal details and academic qualification.
5. Payment of application fee.
6. Download the application form and take the printout of the same for future use.

To register and apply for the DCECE, Bihar 2018 follow the steps given below:

Click on the link “New Registration” option provided at the official page.

Step 2: Registration Form

Click on “New Registration” option. A new page will appear on the screen. Fill in the following details

1. Course Group
2. Name
3. Date of Birth
4. Permanent resident of Bihar
5. Reservation category
6. Disabled quota
7. Email-ID
8. Password
9. Mobile number
10. Security question
11. Captcha
12. At last, click on “sign up” button. After final submission, the unique application number will display on the screen. The candidate is advised to kindly note down the “application number” for future reference.

Step 3: Fill in the other details

The candidate has to fill up the following details

1. Category
2. The person with Disability (PwD)
3. National Cadet Corps
4. J& K migrant
5. The state code of eligibility
6. Do you belong to TFW?
7. Nationality
8. Religion
9. Educational details
10. Security pin
11. Finally, click on “submit” button

Step 4: Uploading of documents

Upload the scanned image of recent passport size photograph, signature and thumb impression. The specifications regarding the images will be provided on the concerned page.

Step 5: Preview of application form

After filling up the details, a preview of the filled application form will appear on the screen with options “edit registration form” and “final submit”. If the candidate wants to make any changes/ edit in the application form, then click on “edit” option otherwise click on the later one.

Step 6: Payment of examination fee

The Candidates can pay the examination fee in both offline and online mode according to their suitability. The amount to pay as examination fee for the various category is provided in the table below

NOTE: Candidates can pay the fee online via debit card/ credit card or net banking before the deadline or can download the challan and deposit the fee in the designated bank branch.

Step 7: Print out of the confirmation page

After the payment of the examination fee, the duly filled application fee will be displayed on the website. The candidates must download and take the printout of the same for future use.
