AMUEEE Counselling & Seat Allotment 2025: Registration, Documents, Process

AMUEEE Counselling 2025 will take place for those candidates whose names will be on the AMUEEE merit list. The counselling will be conducted in offline mode by Aligarh Muslim University. Candidates will be allotted seats depending upon their ranks, course selected, and the number of seats available in the AMU as per the engineering course. The Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Examination will be conducted for admission to various undergraduate courses like B.Tech, B.E (evening), and B. Arch. AMUEEE Counselling Dates 2025

Candidates must make a note of the crucial counselling dates along with the events given in the table below.

AMUEEE 2025 Counselling Procedure

• All the candidates will be required to appear for the counselling and be present physically at the reporting centre.
• Each candidate participating in the counselling will be required to bring all the documents for verification. The documents must be brought in sets of both original and photocopies.
• Seats will then be allotted to the candidate based on their rank, course applied for, and availability of seats.
• After being allotted seats, candidates must report to the institution and complete the admission formalities.
• Candidates will also be required to pay the admission fee during final reporting.

AMUEEE 2025 Document Verification

All students participating in the AMUEEE Counselling must bring two sets (both original and photocopy) of documents to the counselling venue and get them verified. Check the list of documents that candidates must bring to the counselling centre.

• Marks sheet/grade sheet of 12th class or equivalent qualifying test (along with four self-attested photocopies)
• Ten (2.5×3.0 cm) recent colour photographs with white background
• 10th/high school or it’s equivalent examination certificate to prove date of birth
• Migration/Transfer/character certificate from the institution last attended
• Certificates proving special categories claim in the AMUEEE application form
• Four self-addressed envelopes with postage stamps of Rs. 22 each (to be submitted in the Office of the Provost of Hall of Residence/ NRSC allotted).
• Two Oath Commissioner’s Affidavit on plain paper – one on candidate’s behalf and other on behalf of candidate’s parents/guardian (regarding not-indulgence in ragging)

Admission fee payment at the Cash Counter of the admission Venue either in Cash or through Bank Demand Draft (DD) from a Nationalized Bank. DD should be in favour of the Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh payable at Aligarh.

AMUEEE Counselling Instructions 2025

• The counselling of AMU engineering Entrance examination will be held in a completely offline mode.
• Candidates must note that the counselling will be conducted separately for different categories.
• You must arrive at the counselling venue on the prescribed date and time with the above-listed documents.
• There will be a second round of counselling if seats are left vacant in the first round.
• To confirm the seat allotted to the candidate, the candidate must pay the admission fee.
• Those candidates who don’t have the required documents or their certificates/mark sheets are found invalid, their candidature will be cancelled.

AMUEEE Seat Allotment 2025

After the commencement of the AMU B.Tech counselling, the authority will allot the seats to the selective students. Candidates can check their seat allotment and can take admission in the courses where they have been allotted seats. AMUEEE Seat allotment is based on the candidate’s rank in the AMUEEE Result 2025 and the choices which they have made as per their preference. Candidates can access their seat allotment of the AMUEEE 2025 letter by login in to the portal using login credentials in PDF format. After this candidates have to report to the concerned institute in order to confirm their seats by paying the admission fee. The seat allotment process will take place until the last seat is not vacant.
