AILET 2019 Answer keys

The National Law University, Delhi will conduct All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) tentatively in the month of May 2019 for admission to the law programs. The University will be releasing the question booklets along with the provisional answer keys for the candidates to evaluate their performance in the entrance exam. In case of any suggestions or grievances in the answer keys, candidates can send an email to the University on the given address i.e. [email protected] The grievances received after the mentioned date will not be entertained by the University.

How to view the Results of AILET 2019

The Results of AILET 2019 will be published in a PDF format where scores will be displayed Category wise and Roll number wise of the candidates.

To view the Results of AILET 2019, you will have to follow the steps given below:

  • Visit the admission portal of AILET 2019,
  • Click on the link to view results.
  • Click on the result link for the course you have appeared in (B.A.LL.B, LL.M and PhD)
  • Download the PDF results sheet.
  • Search for your name and Roll number on the list.
  • View your AILET rank, score and qualifying status.

AILET 2019 B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Result:

The result of AILET B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) 2019 entrance exam conducted y National Law University will be released on the official website. The candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to go through the PDF list and search for the names alphabetically. The Result list will contain the Roll no, Name and score of the candidate secured by them in the entrance exam.

AILET 2019 LLM Result and Spot Counselling:

National Law University will declare the Result of LLM Programme 2019. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to view their result by providing either their name and Roll Number or Date of Birth and Roll Number.

AILET 2019 Ph.D Programme Result:

The result of PhD programme will be released by the University. Admission to Ph.D programme of National Law University, Delhi will be based on a three-tier system. Go through the result of all the three tiers from the tabular format below.

Criteria for Breaking Tie

If two or more candidates score the same marks in the AILET B.A.LL.B exam, the following order of preference will be exercised to break the tie:

  • The candidate who will secure the higher marks percentage in Intermediate Examination (10+2) /Higher Secondary School or its equivalent as recognised by the University is ranked higher.
  • If the tie still persists, then the candidate who has a higher score in Class X is ranked higher.
  • In case of a further tie, the candidate who is older is ranked higher.

In case of a tie between two candidates in the AILET examination for LL.M course, ranks will be determined basis their marks/percentage in BA LLB (Hons)/LLB marks statements or its equivalent as recognised by the University.

Criteria for Issue of PhD merit lists

For the PhD course offered at NLU, the following merit lists will be issued by the examination authority:

  • Candidates who have qualified for submission of Research Proposal (Categories and Marks Wise)
  • Candidates who will be exempted from AILET-2019 (Candidates with UGC NET/JRF/SELT and Mphil)
  • All Candidates (Roll Number Wise)
