The CG PET 2018 Counselling for qualified candidates will be conducted by the CG Vyapam. CG PET counselling 2018 is a crucial event and will be conducted in the online mode. All candidates must go through the CG PET counselling dates given on the local newspapers of chattisgarh as well as on the official website.
Candidates will be required to first get their documents verified before they proceed for the seat allotment round. The Seat allotted to each candidate will be based on his/her rank. If seats remain vacant in the first round of counselling, then there will be a second round held.

CG PET Counselling Procedure
Candidates who are going to appear for the CG PET Counselling Process must read the steps involved.
Register for CG PET 2018 Counselling
- The candidate must first register themselves on the official website.
- During registration, candidates will be required to enter a working mobile number as an OTP will be sent on the same number.
- Candidates have to fill in personal details like CG PET 2018 roll number, domicile status, DOB, password, etc.
- The registration process will also require the candidate to pay the counselling fee through Bank Challan at any branch of SBI in the name of Coordinator, Technical Education, Chhattisgarh.
Choice Filling during CG PET Counselling Process
- Candidates have to login using the id and password for the online option.
- To apply to any college, candidates must fill in as many branches as they can fill.
- Candidates will be considered for admission to only those branches filled in by him/her.
- Candidates must take a print out of the Application-cum-option form.
Document Verification during CG PET Counselling
- Each candidate must verify the documents at the prescribed document verification centers.
- The candidate will be called rank-wise.
- After successfully completing the verification of documents, candidates will be given an acknowledgement slip.
Seat Allotment
- Candidates must login with their credentials to download and take a print out of the seat allotment letter.
- Candidates must take a print out of the same.
- Candidates must carry the seat allotment letter along with other documents to the allotted college.
Reporting to Allotted Colleges
- The candidate must report to the allotted college with all the documents given in this article.
- Candidates must complete all the admission formalities and pay the stipulated college fee within the given time.

Withdrawal of CG PET Admission 2018
Candidates who want to withdraw their admission can do so before the final dates. If the candidate successfully withdraws admission of CGPET 2018 before the last date, the institute will deduct an amount of Rs. 1000 and give back the remaining amount of fees.
However, if the candidate withdraws admission after the last date prescribed, he/she will be reimbursed the amount after the deduction of tuition, development and other fees from the fees paid.
