Important Instructions while sending the Answer Scripts

Students who are appearing for the May 2020 Arrear and December 2020 must check the instructions provided by the university. Hence, based on that, the students have to appear for the examination on the prescribed date.

• The semester exams will take place online.
• The question papers are sent to the respective programmes’ WhatsApp or telegram link one hour prior to the exam. If the candidate is facing any difficulty in finding the question paper, then he/she can contact the concerned Co-ordinator of the Wing, DDE Annamalai University.
• The students have to write the answers on an A4 size paper. The maximum number of pages for an answering script must be 40.
• On the first page, the applicant has to write the following details – (Programme Name, Registration Number, Course or Subject code, and title of the course and subject). Check the template below.

• On each subsequent page, the candidate has to write their registration number followed by the page number. For example, 003D20001T00012-1 for first page, and 003D20001T00012-2 for the second page.
• The candidate should name their file as their registration number followed by the course/subject. Example – 003D20001T00012-710 Indian Political Thought.
• The student must not write their name in any part of the answer script.
• After writing the answers, the candidate has to scan the answer script and convert it to PDF format or as a JPEG file (single file only).
• The files have to be sent to the e-mail address to which the question papers have been sent.
• After sending the e-mail, the student must not make any changes or delete the file.

Students who are sending the answer scripts through post must do it in a single time, which is the last day of the examinations registrar.
