Admission will be based on the ranks of the candidates in the common entrance test. The common entrance test will be of 200 marks and the time allotted will be of 2 and a half hours (150 minutes). The questions asked will be objective type in nature.

Application Form for TSICET 2019
All the candidates who desire to appear in the TSICET 2019 will have to fill the application form and provide all the asked details. However, before filling the application form, it will be a responsibility on their part to ensure that the eligibility conditions are met by them.
The application procedure includes the following steps:
Pay the application fees
In order to complete the application procedure, the application fee must be paid. The fee will be paid online using Visa/credit card/debit card etc. Category wise application fee is given below:

To avoid paying the late fee, it is advised that you pay the application fee before the deadline.
Registration and Filling the online application form:
After, paying the application fees, proceed to register yourself and fill out the application form. The following details will have to be furnished by you.
- Personal Details: Candidates will have to fill their Personal details such as Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Category(ST, SC, BC etc.), Local status, Minority, Parents’income etc.
- Educational details: Candidates will have to fill their educational details such as Hall Ticket number of SSC, Marks scored in SSC, Name of Board, Year of Passing etc.
- Communication details: Candidates will have to provide their Correspondence address, Permanent address, District, City, Pincode etc.
Upload scanned images of Photograph and signature
The applicants will have to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature in the format and sizes given below:

After completion of the application procedure, take a printout of the online application form and retain it for future reference.
Eligibility Criteria for TSICET 2019
The aspiring candidates will be required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria in order to be considered for admission into the MBA and MCA courses.
The minimum eligibility conditions are outlined below:
- The candidates must be an Indian citizen and they must fulfil the local/non-local status for the state of Telangana.
- The candidates who are not citizens of India must fulfil the conditions as laid down for them by the concerned universities.
- The minimum educational qualifications shall be as follows:
- MBA: For the MBA course, the candidates should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree Examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.
- MCA: For the MCA course, the candidates should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination with Mathematics at 10+2 level.
- If the qualifying degree is passed through the distance mode, the concerned program must be recognized by the joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB.
- Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination may also apply but they should pass with the minimum qualifying marks upon declaration of results.
Before proceeding to fill the application form please ensure that you meet the minimum eligibility conditions. If at any point, you are found to be ineligible, your candidature shall be cancelled.
Hall Ticket of TSICET 2019
All the candidates who will successfully submit their Application form for TS ICET 2019 will be able to download the hall ticket issued in their name. The hall ticket will be proof of the applicant’s candidature for the common entrance test. The hall ticket will have to be downloaded online from the official website of TSICET icet.tsche.ac.in. Hall tickets will not be sent by post to any candidate.
The hall ticket will contain all the important information regarding the candidate and the exam. Most importantly, it will also contain the Hall Ticket number which will be required by the candidate in all the subsequent events. The Examination Centre allotted to the candidate will also be informed through the Hall ticket.
The hall ticket can be downloaded in the following steps:
- Visit the official website for TSICET icet.tsche.ac.in.
- Click on the link “Download Hall Ticket” under the application section.
- On the page that shows, Enter your Application Number.
- Enter your Date of Birth.
- Click on the tab “Get Hall Ticket”
- Download and take a printout of your hall ticket.
It will be mandatory to bring the hall ticket to the examination hall. If any candidate failed to get the hall ticket to the examination hall, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
Exam Pattern and Syllabus of TSICET 2019
The test will aim at measuring the candidate’s ability to think systematically, to use the verbal and mathematical skills and to assess his/her aptitude for admission into MBA/MCA programme.
The following points highlight the nature of the test:

The paper will consist of three sections: Section A, Section B and Section C. The contents of each section and the distribution of marks are shown in the table below:

Results of TSICET 2019
The Results of TSICET 2019 has been announced on 15th June via online on the official website. The minimum qualifying mark in the examination is 25% i.e. 50 marks. However, there will be no minimum mark for SC/ST candidates.
The results can be viewed in the following steps:
- Visit the official website for TSICET icet.tsche.ac.in.
- Click on the link “Results” under the application section.
- On the page that shows, Enter your Hall Ticket Number.
- Click on the tab “Submit”
- Take a printout of your results for future reference.
The Rank card of the candidates will be available for the download now. All the candidates who will score the minimum qualifying marks or more will be assigned a rank.
The rank card will be downloaded in the following steps:
- Visit the official website for TSICET
- Click on the link “Download Rank Card” under the application section.
- On the page that shows, Enter your Hall Ticket Number.
- Enter your Date of Birth.
- Click on the tab “Get Rank Card”
- Download and take a printout of your Rank Card.
In case of a tie, the following order of preference shall be considered for assigning a rank:
- Marks scored in Section A
- Marks scored in Section B
- Age
Counselling of TSICET 2019
All the candidates who will be assigned a rank must visit the counselling venue. The authority shall publish the dates and timing of counselling according to the ranks of the candidates and they must be present at the venue accordingly.
The counselling procedure shall include the following steps:
- Candidates must visit the counselling venue as per the given schedule according to their ranks.
- They must get themselves registered for counselling by paying a fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST Candidates)
- They must get their documents verified by the officials.
- The web options shall be activated after 2 days of counselling.
- The options of desired colleges must be given online on the web options portal.
- Candidates will be allotted a seat according to their preference and owing to its ability as per their ranks.
- Candidates who have been allotted a seat must take a printout of the allotment order and take a stamp from the helpline centre.
- The fees must be paid to respective banks/colleges.
- The allotment letter and fee receipt must be collected.
- Finally, the admission formalities in the allotted colleges must be carried out.
The following documents shall be required during the time of counselling:
- TS ICET 2018 Rank Card.
- Aadhaar Card.
- Degree marks memos and pass certificate.
- Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate.
- S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
- TS ICET 2018 Hall Ticket.
- IX to Degree Study Certificates.
- Transfer Certificate (T.C).
- Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2018 by competent authority, if applicable.
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
- Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) / National Cadet Corps (NCC)/ Sports and Games / Minority Certificate, if applicable.
- Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in the case of no local candidates.
- Residence certificate of candidates for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
