Rajasthan MBBS Admission 2018: Rajasthan University of Health Science, Jaipur organize and conduct the online counselling for admission to undergraduate Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme in the medical college/Institute of the state Rajasthan. Division of 85 % state quota seats category-wise
Admission to all the seats of MBBS course will be done via NEET UG 2018 marks. The seats are classified into following categories:
- All India Quota Seats
- State Government Quota Seats
- State/Management/NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical / Dental Colleges or any Private/ Deemed University
- Central Pool Quota Seats
The official counselling body of Rajasthan is responsible to conduct counselling for 85% state quota seats only. However, remaining 15% of the seats will be filled via Medical counselling committee. The seats under 85% are divided into several categories. Several category here refers to unreserved general, scheduled tribe, scheduled caste, physically handicapped etc.

Rajasthan MBBS Registration Form 2018 is now available. Candidates who took the NEET 2018 Exam and obtained the below mentioned marks in NEET 2018 Exam out of 720 can register for Rajasthan MBBS state counselling and seat allotment procedure from 18th June to 27th June 2018 in online mode. Rajasthan MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2018
The official counselling authority release a set of eligibility conditions that every candidate must possess in order to apply for Rajasthan MBBS Admission 2018. Aspirants must go through the eligibility criteria once before going to apply for MBBS programme. To know the eligibility criteria, refer the table given below:-

4. | Academic Qualification | A candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Biotechnology at the qualifying examination and in addition must have obtained minimum of 50th percentile and come in the merit list as a result of such competitive entrance examination (NEET 2018). 40% for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and OBC category candidates. Further, for persons of locomotor disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required. The Senior Secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination, which is equivalent to 10+2 after a period of 12 years study, the last 2 years of study must comprise of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology with English as compulsory subject. Provided that two years of regular and continuous study of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology taken together shall be required at 10+2 level for all the candidates. Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Open Schools or as Private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test. Furthermore, study of Biology/Biotechnology as an Additional Subject at 10+2 level also shall not permissible. Those who are appearing in Class XII examination in 2017 can also appear for the entrance test provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later. |

Rajasthan MBBS 2018 Registraton Form consists of four steps. Applicants are instructed to go through the eligibility criteria and official notification brochure once before registering. The Applicants can modify/change/edit in the application form by clicking on the “previous” button. But once the application form is submitted, then there is no facility to rectify/modify the details provided on the application form.
Raajsthan MBBS Cut-off 2018
The official authority releases the cut-off mark for admission to undergraduate MBBS programme. The cut-off mark in the form of NEET score is different for various category. The admission will be granted to those who will qualify the NEET UG 2018 with the following score and percentile. Candidates should also fulfill the domicile conditions of the state. They can fill and lock the choice of college as per the availability of seat in that particular Institute.

Rajasthan MBBS Merit List 2018
The official counselling authority determines and prepares the merit list for admission of applicants to MBBS programme in the colleges/Institution of the state Rajasthan. Merit list is prepared by considering the following factors :-
- Marks and Rank obtained in the NEET 2018 exam.
- Seat availability
- Number of applicants applied for MBBS programme
Rajasthan MBBS Admission 2018 Merit List is expected to be published in the 3rd week of July 2018.Merit list contains the names of shortlisted candidates eligible for counselling. Generally, two rounds of counselling take place. A mop-up round is conducted if the seat remains vacant. Counselling is done based on the rank obtained in the merit list. If the registered candidate does not find his/her name on the merit list, then they are not eligible for the admission.
Rajasthan MBBS Counselling and Seat Allotment 2018
Candidates whose name appears in the merit list must report at the counselling venue along with the necessary documents. Based on the preference of college and marks obtained in NEET exam, applicants will be allotted seats in the college of their preferred choice.
If the candidate allotted a seat in the college, then he/she should physically report to the allotted college along with the necessary documents within schedule date and time. Candidates have to pay the academic fee in order to confirm their seats.

Rajasthan MBBS Seat Reservation 2018
The government of state Rajasthan reserves a certain percentage of the total seats for the candidates belonging to reserved categories in all the participating Institute/Colleges. Applicants must choose their category from the drop-down list while filling up the online application form for counselling. Reserved category here indicates the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste(SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Class (OBC) etc.
Students claiming reservation are required to produce valid supporting documents at the time of counselling in order to avail the benefit of reserved seats, failing which the category claim will not be granted.
