OJEE Counselling 2018: Odisha Joint Examination Board conducts Odisha Joint Entrance Examination for the Admission to the B.Tech Courses. The qualifiers of JEE Main 2018 are be able to participate in the OJEE Counselling. OJEE Counselling registration and choice filling had commenced from 18th June. The rank holders of OJEE will be called for the counselling process. The candidates will be allotted the colleges according to the preference set. There will be help centres where candidates have to visit for the document verification process. The final seats will be announced in the last week of July. OJEE Counselling Procedure 2018

The OJEE 2018 Counselling guidelines have been released. Read the procedure here

Registration and Choice Filling:

Candidates had to first register for the OJEE Counselling 2018 on the official website from 18th June 2018. They have to choose their course and submit the fields like roll number and date of birth. Candidates also have to submit some additional information like the Address, Mobile Number, and Bank Details. The password will have to be set by the candidates. The Application form can be corrected or edited in case there are mistakes. The candidates can change their course if they want to. The selected choices should be locked by the candidates with OTP.

Payment of the OJEE Counselling Fee:

The candidates have to pay a counselling cum registration fee to the candidates which will be nonrefundable. The amount of fees is Rs 450/-. The fee can be deposited via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. Candidates who want to choose the offline way of payment. They can pay the fee by the S.B.I Payment Gateway.

Verification of the Documents:

After the successful payment, the candidates are expected to be present in the nodal centres for the document verification process. The documents submitted should be valid and they should carry photocopies of the documents with the originals.

Documents Required for OJEE Counselling 2018

  • OJEE Main Result 2018
  • Online Registration Slip
  • Payment Slip
  • 10th Standard certificate proves the Date of Birth
  • 10+2 Standard mark sheet and pass certificate
  • Nativity Certificate in original from concerned Revenue Officer
  • Original SC/ST certificate
  • Income certificate
  • Green Card Issued by Family Welfare Department
  • Certificate in support of NRI
  • Medical Certificate issued by the SCB Medical College for PwD candidates
  • Certificate of employment of the candidate’s parent
  • Qualifying Exam Pass certificate.
  • Ex-serviceman has to apply in the Rajya Sainik Board and verify if recommended or not.

OJEE 2018 Seat Allotment

Candidates who are selected in the Temporary Seat Allotment process will get their final Allotment seat by the month of July. The candidates will be informed about their allotment via SMS on their registered mobile number with a final allotment letter.

Reporting at the Allotted Institute:

The candidates have to report to the allotted institute within the scheduled date. They have to pay the specified allotment fees in the admission process. After the successful Admission the candidates will be generated an appointment letter.
