OJEE 2019OJEE 2019: The examination date has been changed because of the cyclonic storm “Fani”. The details regarding the new exam date are available on this page below. OJEE 2019 Admit Card was released on 26th April 2019. Registered candidates must ensure that they download their respective admit card before the examination date. The OJEEE 2019 registration was started at 3 PM on 30th January 2019. Earlier, OJEE 2019 examination was scheduled on 12th May 2019 & 13th May 2019. The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee will be conducting Orissa Joint Entrance Examination 2019 in the offline as well as online mode. Those candidates who wish to take admission in various undergraduate courses like B.Tech, pharmacy, MCA/ MBA/ M.TECH./ M.PHARM/ M.ARCH./ M PLAN must register themselves to appear for the exam.

The exam date for Pen & Paper Mode Test has been changed from 12th May 2019 to 18th May 2019. The date of CBT which is to be conducted on 13th May 2019 has also been changed. New exam date for online examination will be informed shortly. Candidates are not required to download the new admit card. The admit card with exam date 12th May 2019 will be valid for appearing in the examination.

Orissa Joint Entrance Exam – OJEE

OJEE stands for Orissa Joint Entrance examination and it is conducted annually for those students who want to take admission in all the affiliated institutes of Orissa JEE committee. Candidates planning to take admission in various engineering courses at the undergraduate level have to first appear for the exam. Through OJEE 2019 candidates will be given admission to government and private colleges and institutes in the state of Orissa.

OJEE Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates who are going to appear for the exam of ojee must first make sure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria before filling up the online application form. The eligibility criteria will be prescribed by the exam conducting body on the official website ojee.nic.in. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria based on various parameters like age, nationality, etc.

  • There is no age limit to appear for OJEE exam 2019. However, the minimum age limit is 17 years. The candidate should be 17 years or above to take OJEE.
  • The aspirant must be a native from the state of Orissa.
  • Candidates must have passed the class 12th examination from Odisha state board or any other recognized board/University.
  • Candidates belonging to the general category must have qualified with at least 45% marks and those belonging to the SC and ST category must have obtained at least 40%  marks.

OJEE Application Form 2019

Candidates appearing for the exam were required to fill and submit the OJEE 2019 application form.

  • The OJEE application form was made available in the online mode from 30th January till 20th March 2019.
  • The applicant was supposed to read all the instructions first which were given in the official brochure and then fill up the application form.
  • The applicant had to first register on the official website. Candidates were required to choose as per the course code for which they wanted to apply.
  • Applicants then had to fill in all the academic and personal details. He/she also had to upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature and left-hand thumb impression.
  • The application form was considered incomplete without payment of application fee.
  • OJEE application fee had to be paid depending on the course candidates wanted to apply for. The application fee has to be paid in online mode or offline mode.

OJEE Exam Pattern 2019

To start off with the preparation of OJEE, candidates must first check the OJEE exam pattern. The OJEE 2019 exam pattern will contain information about the exam like duration and mode and details about the question paper like the number of questions and sections, type of questions and marking scheme. Check out the OJEE exam pattern for academic session of 2019-20 given below:

  • The exam will be conducted in the offline pen and paper mode.
  • OJEE question paper will be printed in English language.
  • OJEE Exam 2019 will be held for a duration of 2 hours.
  • There will be 120 questions in total.
  • 4 marks will be granted for each correct answer and -1 will be deducted for each wrong answer.

OJEE Syllabus 2019

Candidates must check the full syllabus of OJEE Exam 2019 that will be provided for each course. All appearing candidates must either visit the official website or check full syllabus from here. OJEE 2019 Admit Card

The admit card is one of the most important documents that the candidate must carry to the exam centre on the day of the exam. The OJEE 2019 admit card has been released on 26th April 2019 only for those students who have filled and submitted the Application form.  The OJEE hall ticket 2019 will carry all the important details about exam like name and address of exam venue, the timings of exam and details of the candidate like name, application number, photograph and signature. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to take the exam.

OJEE Answer Key 2019

The official exam conducting body will be releasing the official OJEE Answer Key 2019. The answer key will be released in a few days after the results have been announced. Candidates can cross check the answer with those given in the answer sheet. With the OJEE Answer key 2019, candidates will be able to calculate their probable score before the final result is released. This can further help the candidate to know his/her performance level and know of they will be given admission to the desired college/Institute.

OJEE Result 2019

The OJEE Result 2019 will be released in the online mode on the official website. Candidates who have taken the examination will be able to check their OJEE 2019 result from the link provided here as well. The result will be released in the form of a Rank Card. Candidates will be able to check their OJEE result by using their exam roll number. The OJEE Result will determine whether the candidate is going to be listed on the OJEE Merit list. OJEE Result will carry the subject wise score and rank of the candidate.

OJEE Counselling 2019

The OJEE counselling 2019 will be conducted for eligible and qualified candidates listed in the rank list. The OJEE Counselling will be based in the merit list. OJEE counselling will begin in the 3rd week of June and candidates will be required to participate in counselling and seat allotment procedure according to the OJEE counselling schedule 2019. Candidates will be intimidated about the counselling dates where they will have to appear with the required documents at the specified time. Candidates will be allotted seat after the documents have been verified.
