How to Fill Gorakhpur University Application Form 2025?

Step 1: Registration

Candidates need to register themselves on the official university website. Provide an active Mobile Number and a Valid Email address. University from here will recognize this email ID only. In case you forget, it could create lots of problems. Register yourself by submitting your name, contact details. Keep Login id and password safe and remember it.

Step 2: Application Form

After registering themselves successfully candidates need to Re-Login themselves in order to proceed with the filling up of the application forms.  Candidates can re-login by entering their registered E.Mail ID’s and passwords. The candidates are therefore to keep their passwords safe for future use again. Candidates can then fill in their details and then submit the completed application forms and pay the online fee for the application form.

Step 3: Uploading photograph and signature

Candidates need to fill in their personal details like their name, father’s name, category, contact details, qualification details. The entire application needs to be filled up carefully. Candidates then need to upload their passport size photographs along with their signatures in the given dimensions only. Later, the application fee has to be paid and the admission form has to be finally submitted.

  • The file size of the signature must be between 1oo to 150 Kb. (JPG Format)

Step 4: Payment

After filling all the personal details candidates need to pay the application fee for the submission of the form.

Step 5: Final Submission

 This is the last and final step for filling the Deen Dayal Upadhayaya university application form 2025. Candidates must check the application form once before finally submitting the form. Soon after paying the application fees, the DDU application 2025 Process is completed.

General instructions for admission process

  • On the first screen, you will be asked for the serial number and date of birth, if your examination has been declared, then the online application form will be opened for admission, in which you will have to fill the information sought.
  • After filling the desired information, after pressing the Submit button, you will be taken to the online payment option for depositing the entry fee, after payment of the fee online, you will get the receipt of the fee, which is safe with you.
  • If, for some reason, you do not get immediate online payment after filling the form, then later you can get the receipt by making your payment through the link “Click for payment/admission form printout if payment is not made at the time of form submission”
  • The photo and signature size should not exceed 50KB.
  • While filling the online form, it is necessary to have a caste certificate for OBC and caste and income certificate for SC / ST.
  • In case of University employees being eligible and visually impaired, select the option under Sub-category, otherwise, the fee will not be exempt.
  • Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Tribe who want to deposit their entire fee at the time of admission can submit their full fee by selecting Yes in the option asked.
  • After payment of fee, any improvement in the form will not be possible. So, after checking the entry form carefully, click the submit button.
