My son is OCI studied upto 12th from Ahmedabad Gujarat .Is he eligible for DASA
Hi
Under eligibility, it is mentioned that “Must have completed class 12th or equivalent from outside India by May 2018”. Does it mean that an OCI card holder staying in India (with parents who are Indian citizens) is no longer eligible for DASA? Is this a new rule? Because I do have a colleague who too has a US born son, but himself in an Indian, and the boy got into NIT thru DASA.
Thanks.
